Laura's brows arched in perplexity as she processed Navier's words, her confusion evident in her voice. "Gender? But isn't the bird already a female?"

"The bird does appear to be female. However, after my previous misjudgment with Queen, I prefer not to make assumptions without certainty," she explained calmly with a serene smile as she folded the paper slightly with a deliberate care and affixed it to the bird's foot.
"I wonder if I can touch it," Eliza wondered, her eyes filled with curiosity and admiration.
With caution, she extended her hand toward the bird, lightly brushing her fingertips against its forehead.
To her relief, the bird remained calm and didn't take flight.
Laura's excitement grew as she observed the bird's soft and silky feathers beneath her gentle strokes.
"Oh, it's delightful to touch! How cute!" she exclaimed, a genuine sense of wonder in her voice.
Eliza nodded in agreement, her gaze fixed on the bird's elegant form and softly commented as she appreciated the contrast between its majestic beauty and gentle nature.
"Despite its regal appearance, it seems remarkably friendly and approachable."
With a graceful flutter of its wings, the bird turned around and soared through the window, disappearing into the vast expanse of the sky.
