In Japanese belief, when a person dies of a sudden death, it means that he/she is very important in another world.
Thus, what makes this witch seem to be important in this other world when the king hates their kind?

"So... what does it say? What do you see?" Jin asks, excitedly, as he keeps glancing between the witch and the scrambled dices lying on the table before him.
Taehyung groaned, "This is stupid."
"Is there something wrong?"
"Yes, there is definitely something wrong here, hyung!"

Taehyung collected the scrambled dices with a huff and began shaking it quite harder than earlier. Throwing it for the third time around between his closed fists on the round-like compass tablet corresponding to location and elements.
He almost want to hit his head on the table.
Yep, still the same as earlier and for a while now. It keeps on giving him the same numbers, the same elements, and the same reading for the past six full moons no matter how harshly he shakes and throws the dices.
For starters, Taehyung isn't a well-rounded witch (as he wants himself to be) and he is the only witch that Yoongi could rely on in the Kingdom of Leukos. He hates to admit but it is a pain in the ass to be the only one left in Leukos out of many since most that had survived, all fled to Erebos for protection from Yoongi and those were all skilled witches Aidios could ever have.
As much as he wants to learn from a skilled witch, who can teach him whatever specialty one has to offer so he can somehow strengthen his knowledge, he can't.
He don't want himself to get killed yet either by Yoongi (thinking he's betraying him) or in the Avgrund.
Avgrund is the biggest, largest, deepest, and scariest body of water to ever exist in Aidios and the only one too. Said ocean keeps the two kingdoms separated from each other.
Those who dared to set sail were never seen again. Even with the most perfect ship one can make, didn'r stand against the currents of Avgrund.
Even the witches from Erebos can't suppress the raging currents of said ocean. It acts like a barrier between the two Kingdoms and none can break through that barrier so, whenever trouble is being sent their way, it will take a while for them to receive it. It gives them ample time to think about how they will be able to counter-attack the hexes.
The only way a witch can travel to either kingdom is through a spell portal, but that would consume too much energy which seldom a witch would do.
And them having ample time, doesn't mean they always win against them. Like what was said, Taehyung is the only witch in the Kingdom. He is considered a beginner witch by most, even by the witches themselves and because of that, he lacks the knowledge to break complicated hexes. Sometimes the damage on those hexes were big enough that some end up dying on the streets and/or their homes and he can't help but feel useless at times.
Good thing was, Jin and the rest of his friends are there to cheer him up. Including the villagers of Leukos who understands how hard it is to be a witch especially if you weren't a natural, or born one.
Yoongi hates the race of witches, every single one of them, but Taehyung was an exemption after saving his son's life during the war that the king himself initiated and because of that, the King spared his life.
As much as Yoongi wants Taehyung to learn more about being a witch, to hone his knowledge and skills, he can't be much help. He doesn't know how witches' spells work nor does he has some books spared for the younger to learn as he burned all of those during his rage with the witches.
Well, except for the books that were on the Palace's grounds which he forgot (or maybe not) to burn but that's for another time to discuss.
"It's been giving me the same thing for the past six full moons and I still don't get it or rather, I don't want to believe that this could all be true because this is scary enough for the future of Leukos."
"Why?"
Taehyung pointed to each one of the dice in their respective positions on the round-like compass with a deep sigh.
"It says here that one will arrive by the time when the Kingdom of Leukos is on the verge of collapsing," he starts.
"... It may probably has something to do with our enemy and this person right here," Taehyung states and points to one particular dice as if Jin himself can see who it was, nods in understanding,"... will give us wisdom to which new beginnings may blossom. Their contribution will provide such breakthrough on our side which will give us completion to whichever or whatever we are trying to accomplish for the past years and because of that, we will finally have balance, unity and..."
"And?"
Taehyung looks at the dices again, hesitant to even say something impossible knowing the King.
"I'm seeing lovers. An Emperor and an Empress which means, this person the dice keeps on saying, might be the King's new love interest."
"So it's a female?"
"That, I cannot confirm, hyung."
"But why? You said this person might be his new love interest, right? An emperor and an Empress so, that means a female, no?"
"Fire sign showed up three times paired with twice of air to which both elements represent masculine energy. However there's one for earth and water which is for feminine energy. Normally, in determining the gender of said mystery person, it should only show one or two elements but this... I have never seen this in a reading before and I'm not sure even if this is a clue on how they will meet."
"Must be a tomboy then? Some female villagers acts masculine. But it's good to know my brother wouldn't end up dying alone."
"But again, hyung, we can't just assume this mystery person is a female. What if he is a male? Then what?"
Jin was about to reply but noticed Taehyung was eyeing the door behind him so he turned his head to see what the younger was looking at and saw a familiar black blob hiding behind said door. Jin hides a smile upon seeing the creature.
If there's one positive thing the Erebos witches did for Yoongi, that was to give him a cute (debatable) and scary blob that they had created out of his brother's own body that acts like his twin/child that has no emotions (as what they all thought) that eventually became the ear and eyes of Yoongi inside and outside the Kingdom.
Originally, the witches created the creature to kill Yoongi so it would be a clean death for him without getting their hands dirty on the deed but for some reason, said blob rat-out making the witches angry.
They attempted to kill the blob out of frustration but Yoongi didn't let them and kept them. He was too mesmerized by the odd being.
"Oh hi, Boongi!" Jin happily greets. The blob realising they was found out, immediately runs away to hide somewhere.
Taehyung chuckled.
"He really does acts like a toddler."
"You're right. I wonder if the said mystery person on your reading will like Boongi too. They may look terrifying at first glance and is kind of aloof too, so it'll be hard to gain Boongi's trust even though that fluffy blob doesn't have any emotions to begin with."
Taehyung nods in agreement before looking back at the scattered dice on the table.
