The five kept exchanging glances to each other, then back to Yoongi whose face remained unreadable.
Yoongi was expecting to wake up next to Jimin either staring at him or vice versa, however none of that happened when he realised Jimin and Boongi was nowhere to be found inside his chamber when he woke up causing the King to be in a bad mood.
He didn't expect Boongi to betray him but what if it was Jimin who took the blob with him while they was sleeping?
"They probably just roamed around the Palace," says Jin, "You're the one who told us you asked Jimin to make you an hourglass and forced him to stay here without being part of the Palace himself, so he's probably just looking for materials he can use to do what you've asked from him."
"Right, I was surprised that you only asked him to do just that. It's so unlikely of you. Not that I was expecting you to kill Jimin as quick as you did before with the other witches but really? You just asked him to make you an hourglass?" Namjoon adds, amused.
"That is not just an hourglass, Namjoon. That object is no joke. It's bewitching. I'm pretty sure you're also wondering how the hell he fit that sand inside the bottle without any traces as to how he did."
Namjoon nods in agreement.
"I'm sure he used his magic when he did that. Bookkeeper, my ass." he snorts.
Hoseok, who was sitting right across Jungkook, saw his godchild smiled secretly to his Father's antics towards Jimin which also made him smile.
This was the first time they all saw Yoongi act like this, especially towards the race that he loathes.
Perhaps it was because Jimin was the first person/witch that was bold enough to act towards Yoongi.
He may or may not have heard how the two bicker last night at the king's chamber and honestly, if he could only tap Jimin's shoulder to tell him to tone it down but also because he was proud of him, he would, but he didn't. He wondered what more could happen between the two as days go by.
"But if Jimin hyung did left, I bet he won't be going anywhere besides his friends' house and the bread house where he previously worked," Jungkook chimed in.
Taehyung, Jin, Namjoon and Hoseok nods in agreement except for Yoongi.
"Right, I could just hold them captive if that witch tries anything funny," Yoongi smirks to himself, earning looks of disapproval from the five, "What?"
"Hyung, you're just going to make him more mad at you! Have you forgotten how strong Jinin hyung is? He was able to defeat six strong witches. Six! Then, opened a portal spell even when his body was already weak and survived bring burnt alive by the Phoenix. Do you think he cannot burn the whole Leukos in a snap if he wants to?" reasons Taehyung, earning approval nods from the others.
Yoongi clears his throat.
"Of course, I haven't forgotten that! But, we aren't entirely sure if he's still as strong as he was before. If it weren't for Boongi and Jungkook's, we won't be able to recognised him as his hair was no longer orange. What if his magic capability depends on the color of his hair?"
While Yoongi was right about what his last statement was, it was mainly because Jimin had to learn how to regain his magic with the use of his knowledge.
The magic he once have had was kind of a free-trial from the mysterious being who gifted it to him which he will soon meet. Anyway, this is Jimin's second life. He must then be able to make the full of it which he didn't from his previous life.
