truth or dare!

Quick summary, you and Steven did lots of training that involves speed , stamina and jumping through a lot whole of obstacles , I'm between a quick break you get asked to play truth or dare. . . Yeah maybe this would go wrong but who knows!

Connie:"so who wants to start?"

Y/n:"the one that suggested the idea , the one who goes first" you said

Connie:"oh well , truth or dare?"

Steven:"truth" Steven said

Connie:"well... I've been studying alot because I wanted to be a doctor like my mother! Even though it's pretty hard.."
Y/n:"hey that sounds cool , don't worry about it being hard we both know you can do it you studied pretty hard for the exams" you said trying to cheer up Connie

Connie:"thanks y/n really appreciate it... Welp your turn now!" Connie said excited

Y/n:"dang it... Alright, truth or dare?" You asked

Connie:"truth, since you kinda have to train still hehe" Connie said not wanting to pick dare to you

Y/n:".... Well this may sound too much like a lie but it isn't , even Im surprised not a lot though" you said , Steven and Connie with confused looks still hearing what you were gonna say

Y/n:"basically there's this spider that always BUT ALWAYS comes back and puts a spiderweb in the same corner of my parents house , my mother would get rid of that spider of course without harming it since she's nice to animals even bugs surprisingly, but that spider insisted in just putting the web there and just call it it's home again , and again this was going on for like 4-5 weeks or more" you finished

Steven:"woah , that story sure is interesting" Steven amazed by the story of the uninvited spider

Connie:"for me it was hilarious, his poor mother was annoyed by that spider" Connie laughted

Y/n:"yeah you're right , kinda gets tiring though..., Alright Steven your turn" you told Steven

Steven:"ok , truth or dare?" Steven asked

Y/n:"since you're resting for now, I want you to tell a truth only if you want to" you told Steven

Steven:"don't worry y/n, well one truth that I had to share is that, now I can go to cool missions with the gems and y/n as well! I've kinda been wanting to go with them for a long time but it was kinda dangerous and it is still, even though we can manage to come out on top of every single situation!" Steven said happily

Y/n:"MMM... Are you sure that's the only truth you've gotten to share?" You asked suspicious

Steven"... Ok ok I will say another truth, I don't like school alot, I understand I've got to study and all to have work and be helpful towards society, but some kind of teachers and students can be there that Im very afraid off" Steven confesses

Y/n:"Steven.. I understand that the world sometimes can be dark and we'll... Show some people that are twisted that will go out of their way to harm others, the best you can do is just ignore them and if they try to hurt you tell me and I will show them a lesson on why not to pick on others, like silly they should study not be bullies" you finished kinda laughing at the last part

Connie:"on the last thing you've said it's kinda true , I don't know why bullies are well... Bullying instead of just trying to study and focus on their future" Connie said confused

Y/n:"normally it's just to make themselfes feel better since they have personal problems at home, or outside their homes" you said

Steven:"dang must be rough for them" Steven said

Connie:"yeah... Well people do change after a while and maybe for the better, now that we've finished, let's go to pearls room!"

Y/n:"welp you know it Bois , training montage time"

After another large series of parkours and jumps which pearl did randomly , it was getting real difficult but you still managed to come out on top of every situation, even tho there was obstacles that you didn't know how to dodge too well , you managed to learn how to pass those challenges quickly

Garnet:"come on y/n, this is the last one!" Garnet cheered you as well , you did more jumps , dodging projectiles while jumping and avoiding attacks just to get to the finish line

Y/n:"oof... I DID IT WOOOOOO!!" you yelled in celebration, you didn't know how you managed to do it but you still finished the obstacle course

Pearl:"even thought there was small part of training , you managed to do the hardest obstacle course I recreated! Good job y/n" pearl said

Y/n:"hah... Thanks..." You tried to say between breaths even thought you weren't as tired as before somehow

Amethyst:"oh look at the time! , Sorry girls but I gotta go" amethyst said

Garnet:"oh alright , see you" garnet waved amethyst and she waved back going outside pearls training room

Y/n:"I wonder where she goes..." You mumbled

Garnet:"maybe she just wants to walk outside? She kinda needs it" garnet said trying to answer your question but kinda confused on why she goes out today...

Pearl:"maybe we should center our attention on dinner and wait for her later on , she's fast sometimes..." Pearl said as well , you sense that they had no idea why she got out today

Y/n:"hey can I prepare dinner today? It would be cool since I wanna thank you for the training , I was getting rusty at parkour and avoiding dangerous stuff.." you asked pearl

Pearl:"sure thing! What do you think garnet?" Pearl asked garnet

Garnet:"I don't see why not , but what you're gonna prepare?" Garnet asked

Y/n:"oh I have something in mind already hehe..." You gave a smug smile
While pearl and garnet just gave confused looks at you

You were making hot potatoes , you warned Connie and Steven to not eat them directly when he finished them since they could get burned of how hot they were once out
Same you did with the gems
But they tasted them after a little

Steven:"mmm.. this stuff is delicious! Thanks for the dinner y/n" Steven thanked you

Y/n:"I'm thanfull that you've liked my cooking Steven, I hope everyone else it's enjoying it too" you said before also eating the one hot potato you did

Pearl:"these are so good! Where did you learn to cook like this?"

Y/n:"my mother showed me some recipes , even though I must admit I'm not really that good at cooking"

Garnet:"I'm pretty sure amethyst will love these as well , they taste great" garnet told , you blushed a little by the compliment

Y/n:"hehe.. thanks" you mumbled to garnet

Amethyst:"oh hey I'm back! Ooo something smells good right here!" Amethyst took notice of the hot potatoes and saw one that no one took

Amethyst:"did you do dinner for me as well pearl? Thanks-" amethyst tried to say but.

Pearl:"actually it was y/n, thank them"
Pearl interrupted amethyst

Amethyst:"hey thanks dude! Sorry for being out so late I needed to work and be helpfull" they tried to justify going outside at such hours which you did understand

Y/n:"no worries amethyst, just eat your hot potato or soon it will be just a 'cool' potato" you joked

Amethyst:"pfft alright alright" she took a bite of the hot potato
Amethyst:"omg this stuff is great, you should cook dinner more offen" amethyst complimented, pearl just gave an unamused look
