gem beasts causing havoc!

Y/n:"mmmm... Good morning..?"
There was small gem beast literally on top of me , it seemed like made of acid or at least it's saliva?

The first thing my intrusive thoughts said was punch it in the face but that would hurt me a lot , so I just kicked it away from me
Y/n:"what the hell are you!?"
Garnet:"y/n?! Are you alright?" Ive heard garnet asked while she seemed to punch more of those creatures and poofing them
Y/n:"idk I saw one of these things on me and I kicked them"
Garnet:"sorry for not waking you up , what happened is that there's a gem beast causing trouble here, made of acid by the way"
Y/n:"noticed it" I quickly say before poofing the one gem beasts with my hammer

Amethyst:"there's just too much of them! And we need to get the big guy!" Amethyst annoyed just launched one of the small gem beasts against the other with her whip, pearl was taking them out with her spear
And garnet was finishing them off with her gauntlets
Y/n:"here I go!" I yelled while poofing multiple of the small gem beasts with my hammer
While one of the small gem beast was about to bite me Steven protected me with his shield
Steven:"you ok y/n?!"
Y/n:"thanks to you I am, let's take care of these rascals buddy" I said wielding my hammer high, Steven motivated followed the lead and smashed the head of one of the small gem beast with his shield, while I poofed as much gem beasts as possible helping out the gems
Garnet:"good job! Now head out to where the gem beast is!"

That acid gem beast looked like a centipede, but it was massive and.... Had hair? It was pretty cool ngl
It roared when it noticed our presence.

Y/n:"oh boy that's scary... I've always hated bugs!" I said blocking with my hammer
Garnet:"any plans on how to destroy it quickly"
Y/n:"I have one but it's more risky"
Steven:"alright tell us!"
Y/n:"y'all distract , I will literally bash it's head and hope it poofs"
Garnet:"alright , Steven protect him as much as you can! Well distract the gem beast!"

Steven and I nod while we run around the centipede, while he probably noticed us running the creature was quickly interrupted by amethyst launching against it some rocks , garnet was punching it's legs which it was effective but rather it made it more angry and pearl tried to slash it's fangs but her spear quickly melted every time and she had to summon it's weapon alot

Y/n"alright Steven , throw me up!"
Steven:"a-are you sure of this y/n?" Steven said
Y/n:"hey bud it's gonna be alright , besides I gotta help the teaaaaaam" I said but yelled team because I got launched by one of Stevens shields,
I wield the hammer and bashed the creatures head with a hard hit it poofed quickly not after screaming... It actually made me feel bad for it..

Pearl:"great job Steven and y/n!"
Amethyst:"yeah dude! You almost carried the team too with the hammer y/n! , These pests destroyed most of the house..."
Garnet:"for now we've got to seal it alongside the rest of gem beasts that we hope we manage to heal... Somehow." Garnet said while she used her bubbles to seal the gem beast we defeated and send it to the sanctuary
Y/n:"there's gotta be a way... Every problem has it solution it's just that this problem is very hard to find out how to fix it.."
Steven:"yeah... Isn't there like any gem that could cure them or anything?"
Garnet:"sadly no Steven... Rose could only heal slight shattered gems but..."
Y/n:"dang it this hurts my head! Argh if only the diamonds could help instead of making wars!" I suddenly shouted
Garnet:"I know how you feel y/n but the best we can do for now it's search for a way ourselves, as you've said every problem has its solution, maybe we can find out a cure of sorts." Garnet said while resting one of her hands on my shoulder
Y/n:"you are right... For now let's fix the house , I can help"
Garnet:"thanks y/n appreciate it!"

We fixed every bit of the house that was melted by the acid of the small creatures and there was some of them still around that we poofed , we remodeled a bit the home accidentally due to the repairs but it looked almost the same , I had to buy new pillows since Steven's ones were melted as well and a new tv because it also got melted... I didn't mind it though my grandpa literally was a millionaire and I didn't know.. god knows what he did to have such treasures laying around the house I live now
