I wake up today as usual , thought of preparing breakfast for everyone before they woke up or get out of their rooms , since gems don't need to rest but they can still do if they want too
And I cuddle with garnet so it's not wrong to sleep like that right?... Right?

Either way I finished preparing breakfast, it was waffles again since I didn't think of anything fancy , I added a bit of syrup on the waffles and waited

Garnet:"oh hey y/n I see you've made breakfast, no wonder it smelled good"
Y/n:"hehe thanks , I thought I was gonna burn the kitchen"
Garnet:"aw come on don't be so negative about your cooking , you do great stuff!" Garnet said while eating their plate of waffles , she blushed and hold their face a bit , I guess they really liked those

Steven:"are those waffles?"
Y/n:"yup feel free to take your Steven"

Steven happily starting eating for the waffles and then I see pearl and amethyst get out of amethyst's room, strange....

Y/n:"hey you two , good morning , if you want you can eat the waffles I've prepared"

Amethyst:"eyyy thanks dude!"
Pearl:"I wonder why he prepared these..."

Y/n:"why you were on amethyst's room pearl?" I asked suddenly but then put my hand on my mouth.

Y/n:"erm I mean I prepared these because I thought maybe you would need them due to the hard training, besides I felt like making breakfast today hehe"

Pearl:"I see. . . Also to explain why I came out amethyst's room it's kinda complicated."
Amethyst:"basically she couldn't handle defeat from me in rivals of aether , so she tried like a billion times to challenge me and win, which didn't happen" amethyst said with a smirk

Pearl:"well what's important is that next time I might win , since ive learned your patterns" pearl said in a confident tone
Amethyst:"heh Alright" amethyst just shrugs and start to eat her waffles , she then starts munching them by seconds , seems like she liked those

Y/n:"well... Now we gotta start training, right?"
Pearl:"mhm , but we will get a break one hour before , we will just train the usual 3 hours"
Y/n:"oh-"
Steven:"alright then , I will wait for Connie to show up, if you want y/n you can go first!"

Y/n:"Alright then , see you in the training room Steven!"
Steven:"see ya!"

I walked towards the training room, started beating down hologram pearls but then suddenly appeared a hologram jasper

Garnet:"I know this might be. . . Too much but knowing your strengths I know you can take this one y/n!" Garnet tried to cheer me up , I without hesitation nodded and put myself on battle stance

After trying to fight it a few times , I get severely injured by her hearbutts but managed to recover really fast thanks to my super form,

I managed to defeat the hologram jasper pearl after learning when it would headbutt and when not , as well as predicting every single punch , kick or grab they would do which ended on a way for me to counter them

Garnet:"good job y/n!" Garnet cheered on for me , I blushed a bit and thanked them.
Steven:"hey y/n Connie's here!"
Connie:"hey! Want to train our fusion and stuff since it's really cool"

Y/n:"alright come on in, we have a new sort of enemy"
Steven:"ohhh I wonder what it is"

Steven's face went blank after seeing a jasper hologram

Steven:"oh shoot"
Y/n:"as intimidating as she might look you can counter her pretty easly , just gotta memorize it's movements"

Connie:"wait who is she?"
Y/n:"oh they're one gem that tried to capture us a while ago"
Connie:"wait WHAT? WHY?"
Y/n:"well it's a longer story, and still a mystery. . ."
Connie:"oh I see.. well it's nice that you both are doing alright!"
