Mirotic City.
A city of diversity.
People of all kinds of powers lived in the small town, all together.
But there was something that set this city apart.
Both a good and a bad reason.
The good reason? It is a hotspot for music and other related activities.
The bad one? It had the highest number of Kims in the whole country.
You see, anyone with the surname 'Kim' was a threat. They had the ability to steal other powers by locking eyes with someone, making them die. They can only be identified by a red fleur-de-lis embedded on their wrist. That is the safest way. Another thing that sets the Kims apart is, when they become angry, their right eye turns purple. A sign of danger.
But not all Kims were bad. Most were kind and wouldn't use their ability for bad will. But the stories narrated about this class of people scared the public so much they separated themselves from the Kims. Even the government didn't treat the Kims fairly, making them go undercover and hide their identity.
But it was all about to change.
