Y/N's POV

My hands shook as I applied pressure to the trigger of the gun held to the heart of Faith who begged me to pull the trigger. My mind filled with the memories I had with my sister from the good times when we were kids to the bad times. I could see the memories like a man looking at a TV screen making me finally come to a decision.

I dropped my gun bringing Faith into a warm embrace holding her tight as tears stream from my eyes.

Y/N: I lost a lot before union, Faith, and I'm damn sure not going to lose the last of my family.

I said in return she started to cry harder knowing how much she was truly loved instead of needed for an agenda. Embraced in my grip the illusion around us dispersed putting us in the lower level of her bunker. In took a while but Faith soon calmed down enough to think clearly while breaking the hug.

Y/N: Better?

I asked as Faith nodded.

Faith: Yes and now I know what I must do.

She said closing her eyes as the bliss gave a faint glow as if something in it changed.

3rd POV

Outside the bunker a mix of cultist and angels could be seen around the entrance. The cultist were not paying attention to angels so they didn't see the faint glow as an angel splitting wood turned to a cultist. Feeling someone staring at him he turned around to see the angel that was tasked with splitting wood glaring at him.

Cultist: What are you looking at ugly.

He said in a moment the angel raised the axe burying it into the cultist head.
