Last time in I was reborn in attack on titan as a bender

I Landed in front of my house to see a bunch of unconscious bodies laying on the floor, I walked toward the door that was already open to see not such a good sight of a blood-covered girl and the bloody body of an adult.
I slowly approached the bloody girl before sitting down next to her.
She was shaken, but surprisingly she was not sobbing, she looked up at me before hugging me and resting on my shoulder.
"It was them or you, You don't need to feel bad about it," I said slowly caressing her hair
Her grip on me was tight because no matter how hard, I try to move her a bit, she didn't even budge. I spent the next week at home and if i went anywhere i went with her,which meant i had to introduce her to 'her',
Now we continue where we left off.
I blamed myself for my lack of foresight because if I used my brain more instead of thinking that I was invincible maybe Mikasa wouldn't have had to deal with those people, even if I was invincible the people around me were not in I needed to remember that.
I got out of bed rethinking my life decision and everything that led me to this point, 'This world is real and there are real consequences to my actions. This incident was an eye-opener for me because if it hadn't happened, I would still think that I'm untouchable which would get the people I care about hurt ' I thought scratching my head as I started to walk toward the door.
I turn around remembering that, there is someone else there, I walked toward the bed and slowly shake her. She opens both of her eyes slowly before noticing me and yawning.
"You awake sleepy head," I said with a soft smile.
She nodded her head before I helped her get out of bed, it's not like she can't do it herself it's just that I'm filled with worry and don't want what happened last time to happen again.
I had some leftovers from the last time I made food, so that was what I served for breakfast, while she was eating she said "How do you manage to keep a calm face all the time" That stunned me for a second before I reply" I frankly don't know, it comes naturally to me I guess"
'Now that she says it, why was I so calm during all of this, my body feels devoided of any emotion when I'm facing a difficult situation, it seems almost normal for me to be calm like I was used to those kinds of scenarios.'I thought
"Every time we are in those types of situations, you seem unfazed almost like you experience something similar or worse," Mikasa said
"Since when did you become a detective," I said before I heard the sound of rain outside my house.
"Come on, why is it raining again, "I said seeing my plan to just sit in the sun for a sun bath vanish in front of my eyes
"We could still play outside, "Mikasa said looking outside the window
"Wait how did you get there so quickly"I said noticing she was no longer sitting on the table but instead looking outside at the rain.
"Im a fast kid," She said with a smile.
"Playing outside will probably be bad, but I can't seem to put my finger on why," I said thoughtfully.
She open the door and went outside, I chased after her, and when I eventually caught her in the rain.
"Finally I caught you, let go back inside, "I said as I try to drag her back in, but she wasn't budging even an inch.
"Come on, just a little bit and then we can go back in," She said smiling.
I was just astonished that she wasn't even moving at all, like what kind of strength does she have, she wasn't that strong the last time I checked, but for some reason now her strength is at a superhuman level
"Also what's the worst thing that can happen, "She said smiling
"Fine," I said giving in because she wasn't budging, and frankly what bad thing could happen?
we ended up playing in the rain for a while before we eventually got in, I took a hot shower before going to bed,
I woke up the next day feeling a bit sick, but it wasn't that bad, I went to look for Mikasa and noticed that was still asleep, which was normal for her but when I went to shake her, she was blazing hot like her skin seem like it was on fire.
A/N For this chapter I just wanted to write kids playing in the rain, also this chapter was late because i had a case writer block most of the day
