"Babes - why are we doing this again?" you ask sitting in the passenger seat of the redheads convertible
"I needed a break" she says "I also figured this would be a good way to spend time with eachother"
"Sloans still bothering you is my guess" you laugh and she playfully hits your thigh
"Ugh fine maybe" she laughs with you
You hadn't had any good music playing because your not much a music girl, the radio was on but all of the music sucked so you weren't paying much attention.
"Addie put on some music you like" you tell her
"Wow. Y/n letting me put on my music? what universe am i in?" she jokes and plugs her phone in
"Shut up and play your music" you scoff
You look at the screen in the car to see the title of the song as you've never heard it before.

You listen to it and surprisingly really like it.
"You like it don't you" addison smirks at you
"Fine. Maybe i do" you roll your eyes
"Do you happen to know the hayley williams dance?" she asks you
"The what?" you ask confused "Who's hayley?"
"You REALLY don't listen to music" she laughs "And your totally jealous of a singer who doesn't even know I exist"
"Oh god I am NOT jealous" you shrug it off
"Mhmmmm" she says sarcastically "sure your not hun"
The song finishes up and it's on a shuffle of your girlfriends playlist the next song that comes on is
False god - Taylor swift
It starts out with a saxophone solo that makes you question if it's really by Taylor Swift.
"You, Addison Forbes Montgomery like Taylor swift?" you poke fun at her
"Who doesn't like some T Swift? And I could tell you liked this song as soon as the saxophone solo played" she says
"Oh just quit it" you laugh
You spend the rest of the car ride listening and enjoying Addisons favorite songs. Obviously you weren't going to admit this to her but maybe you were starting to enjoy music.
