I knocked at the door three times.

In just few seconds, Murphy opened the door.

I'm outside her condo.

"You not with Galvez?" She asked before widening the gap.

I shivered.

"Busy." Tipid kong tugon.

The first week of this semester is already tiring, and when I thought it was just my school, I was wrong.

So we decided to go here at dito na gumawa ng mga school works.

"Hey..." bati sa'kin ni Marco na ngayon ay naka dapa sa kama ni Murphy habang naka tutok sa laptop niya.

She stood up for a second and gave me a peck on my cheek.

"Nag aaral ka pala?" Biro ko sa'kaniya.

"Baliw nag lalaro ako sa Y8." Tugon niya na siyang ikinatawa naming tatlo.

For all I know, she's busy doing school works too. Honestly, I thought kapag fourth year na ay hindi na ganong ka-messed up ang schedule namin, turns out na mas magiging busy pala kami sa dami ng kailangang gawin.

I have piles of books to read and review. I'm also working on my first revision with my group dynamics project, as well as my report in industrial psych.

I literally have no idea how to fit all my pending works in a span of measly hours. But I have no choice but to do it ahead of given time.

I lay beside Marco and set up my laptop. I took off piles of printed paperworks I needed to revise and scatter it on the bed.

"Yung totoo, estudyante ka ba o abugado? Andami naman niyan!" Murphy commented.

I laughed.

What can I do? I needed all these for references.

I watched Murphy sat on her swivel chair, she's doing her school works in her computer set up. So it was just me and Marco, in her bed.

I started typing and do my job as quick as possible.

We survived few hours of working, not doing unnecessary things, we literally had no time for quick breaks. We haven't touched our phones yet, didn't ate or even drink water for hours.

My back is starting to feel numb.

It was the first time we spend hours together and barely talk to each other.

It was the most quiet time I had with them, and I took a few minutes to appreciate how far we've come.

"I can't imagine in just a few months, gagraduate na tayo." Hindi mapigilang usal ko.

"Dang!" Marco retorted. Bilang napa isip. "Ilang taon na tayong magkakasama? Buti pa tayo gagraduate na, itong pagkakaibigang to, kelan?"

Natawa na lang kami.

Tumayo si Murphy sa'kaniyang kinauupuan at nag stretching. Nangalay na'rin siguro.

"But seriously, imagine? The first time I met you," I said, pertaining to Marco, "is when we're in kindergarten. We were five, right? Look at us now, in few months we'll graduate. Nakakatuwa lang."
