It wasn't long before Grian went back into the Main World, once again finding a hidden alleyway to switch into his watcher form undetected. He enjoyed the small amount of normality he got from being able to celebrate his birthday with his friends, being able to even for a few hours ignore the looming threat of the attacks that keep occurring, attacks where the ending doesn't feel as though it is getting close. He flew towards the dome-roofed building of the ᓵ||∷╎ℸ ̣ ⍑⚍∷╎ surveying the remaining damage from the attack, a decent amount of it had been fixed by a mix of watcher magic, admin powers and general building speed of players. It was actually kind of nice to see everyone working together showing how far they had come since the time of the war, and it reminded him of just how much he was fighting for.

As he flew onto one of the balconies of ᓵ||∷╎ℸ ̣ ⍑⚍∷╎ Xelqua took a deep breath before making his way in, if he was being truly honest he just wanted some time to relax, to breathe, after all the chaos that had been around him, following him this whole time. He just wanted some time away from everyone, sometime just to be with his own thoughts. He turned down a wing located on the left of the main hallway he was originally walking down, it was a wing that was used quite frequently, just not by him. 12 doors lined the walls, 6 on the left, 6 on the right. Watchers on the right, doors covered in a soft kind of purple glow, or at least it was that way for those deemed safe, and admins on the left, doors having a cooler toned red radiating off it. It was the rooms provided for the council members, he hardly used his, he had his home on Hermitcraft, yet one was still always there if he wanted it. The only person without a room in this wing was the High Leader as her room was located by the balcony in the council room. His was third from the end, in between Blaze's and Zyrex's rooms and across from Cirrus'.

Across the room was a thin layer of dust, not as much as when he visited his old dorm room but still a decent amount. The bed was slightly messy, the sheets and the duvet folded out, which made sense since the last time he was in this room was when he woke up from the alternate reality and he had more things on his mind than how neat his bed was. With a small click of his fingers, some light magic made its way across the dusty surfaces gently picking it up, as it finished going across the surfaces the warm purple glow and the dust swirled around until it poofed out of existence. It was a simple spell but he often avoided using it, it always just seemed like it was cheating to do it, but right now Xelqua couldn't be bothered and just wanted to relax without feeling the dust around him.

Xelqua was about to collapse down onto his bed when he noticed a note stuck on the outside of the window, whoever had left it had not been able to make it in, not surprising with the enchantments placed on the rooms. He knew it was most likely a watcher who had placed it, the council members' rooms were near the top of ᓵ||∷╎ℸ ̣ ⍑⚍∷╎and he doubted an admin would be able to reach it easily. He carefully opened his window and again clicked his fingers, this time casting a spell to see if there were any enchantments on the piece of paper. He pulled it inside after the spell came back with an all-clear and on the paper a message was written:

Xelqua,

A war once again rages

One like the one in the history pages

A message to help I will give to you

Just start with this first clue

'Unseen by almost all

Beyond a wall'

Don't tell a soul

Or you won't reach the goal

Xelqua found the message very suspicious, it obviously wanted him to go somewhere and alone. It was meant for him, his name on top concluding that for sure. He thought that perhaps it could have been sent by Astaria, she was also mysterious in her ways so he wouldn't put it past her, but he also knew that she had other ways to contact him. As much as he just wanted to flop onto his bed he knew that he should at least check out what this was about, especially if the person believed that they could help. He read over the message again and came to the conclusion that they wanted him to go to the Lyciris Isle, it was one of the only places he knew of that was 'unseen by almost all' since he after all only discovered it was a real thing during the time spent in the alternate reality, and it was 'beyond a wall.' So he left the room, slightly cleaner than what he found it, and flew off towards Lyciris Isle.

He didn't know where exactly he should be looking, either on the wall or on the Isle itself. If it was meant to be the Isle he did not know if he actually remembered which of the enderian letters were pressed by Astaria so he would be in a bit of trouble there. Luckily as he flew closer he saw a small rectangle of white attacked with a small piece of tape next to the circle with the three initials in the middle. He wasn't sure that it was truly meant for him until he came closer and saw his name written on the front of the folded paper. He checked over it to see if there were any enchantments and after it came back once again as negative he took it off the wall and opened it up. Another message was written on it:

Xelqua,

You found the next clue

Now time for number two

'Surrounded by void

Where you were almost destroyed

Caught by a mysterious one

Where this journey truly began'

It seemed that whoever was sending these messages wanted a lot of discretion, but the strangest thing was just how much they seemed to know. He assumed the next clue was referring to the time he almost died in the void, which was around the time that everything started going haywire, but that wasn't public information, the only people he knew that had an idea of what happened was Astaria and the other council members. It again made him think it could possibly be Astaria, and if it wasn't he should find out who knew this information, and how. He folded the note up again and placed it back into his pocket as he took off into the air again, going faster as he wanted to get to the bottom of who was sending the notes.

This time he had less of an idea of where he was to find the notes, as he landed he felt uneasy, he really didn't enjoy being reminded of his near-death experience. He started by checking the area around where they had the picnic, but he couldn't see anything there. He flew over to the next island, which he had been told was where he was found. When he landed on the endstone, and after walking around for a bit, a small flash of purple light appeared in front of his face, and from that flash of light was another piece of paper, it seemed whoever was sending had placed an area enchant, so they had to be somewhat proficient in magic and again made it seem as though it was indeed a watcher who was sending him the notes. He opened the notes once again:

Xelqua,

Where am I you may ask

It's the place you first saw The Mask

Where you were about to die

But instead, someone lost an eye

It seemed that Xelqua's final destination was going to be at Xenthius Academy, but again he wondered where the mysterious person seemed to know a lot. They seemed to have some information that not even some council members had, yes they knew about when he first saw the High Leader but he didn't think that they all knew about his scuffle with Mirinn and how he had destroyed his eye. Now even more unnerved than before he flew off towards the academy.

As he arrived a chill ran along the feathers of his wings, he didn't know who was going to be there and what they truly wanted. In hindsight, he probably should have told someone, and he probably still could but there seemed to be some sort of feeling that was stopping him. He wasn't sure who he was meant to be looking for or where he was meant to go, until a purple beam shot up from the middle of the campus. He flew down and surveyed the area, he couldn't see anyone, maybe this was an elaborate ruse, he thought to himself. Then from the top of the dorm building someone flew down, blue hair cut short, their right arm was missing and replaced by a mechanical one and their left eye was replaced by a metal plate and purple glass, glowing purple cracks were on their face with the epicentre being the purple glass. It was Mirinn.
