Terminus Island, Jakarta
Hotel Saluit

The diplomatic team from HME has finally finished their draft report, although it is still not typed; it is still handwritten. They will type up the report as soon as they get to HME. They didn't dare ask for help in the Myto Empire to type up the report, as much of it was confidential.

They were currently meeting in a small meeting room reserved for them at the Saluit hotel.

"We finally finished the draft of our report. We will continue writing it as soon as we return to HME. For our last 3 days, we will try to go to other cities in the Myto Empire and rural areas to see the conditions there. We should be able to know the full condition of the Myto Empire for us to report on later."

"I suggest dividing our team into smaller teams so that in 2 days we can cover a lot of ground." A diplomat said.

"Right, maybe we divide ourselves into small teams of three. As for the rest, me and maybe Rydorka will stay in Jakarta to see the area around Jakarta." Phiam said.

All members of the delegation agreed, and they were then busy forming their own small teams.

"All right, at least we still have some money to do some local traveling." Rydorka said before they left the room to get ready.

"I've asked for more money and a plane. We can buy more things in Yogyakarta. We have three days there before we go home. I still have to go back to Jakarta if our team of diplomats for the embassy comes with the plane I booked." Phiam said

"Fortunately, the time is not long; we can go back and forth from Yogya and Jakarta in just a few hours, including finishing the work." Rydorka said.

"Alright, today we will use the vehicle loaned to us to take a walk around the whole of Jakarta and the countryside around Jakarta. If there is anything interesting, we will go to it tomorrow." Phiam said

"Alright, I will get ready first." Rydora said.

The two went back to their rooms to get ready.

A few hours later,
At a small restaurant in the suburbs of Jakarta

Phiam and Rydorka sat in a small restaurant on the outskirts of Jakarta for lunch. They had spent more than three hours traveling around Jakarta. They had seen most of the downtown area of Jakarta and were now just looking around the suburbs.

Unlike the usual cities in the Galactic Empire, Jakarta is more like a city on earth with a public transportation system that is underground, and people use the subway system, which has many lines. Therefore, Jakarta is more similar to Tokyo on Earth than Jakarta, with its traffic jams. Traffic jams are rare due to the smaller population and less use of private vehicles.

Phiam and Rydorka were very impressed with the neatness and orderliness of Jakarta. They had tried the subway public transportation system before today and admired its efficiency. Since HME hasn't yet put trains underground, they are documenting the underground railway system in order to do so at HME.

"Now that we have seen the inside of Jakarta, what do you think?" asked Phiam to Rydorka, who was scooping up his food.

"A very clean and organized city. It is also very wasteful with electricity. Almost all functions use electricity. I can't imagine the power needs of all this." Rydorka said.

"One of our staff has found a shop that sells generators with a fuel oil drive called a diesel engine. A generator complete with a drive that is the size of a workbench can produce more than 50 kilowatts." Phiam said
