Part 7 Chapter 10. 2nd Day Conference

Holy Mirishial Empire, Port Town, Cartalpas
The Imperial Cultural Center.

The delegates from 9 countries in Elysia had gathered again at the Imperial Cultural Center to continue the 11th country conference. The two countries that did not attend the second day of the meeting were the Gra Valkas Empire, which had declared war on all countries in Elysia the previous day, and the Annorial Empire, which had quietly left HME.

"At this time, the working-level meeting for the eleven-country leadership conference will now commence." At the coordinator's words, the meeting began.

"Today, I have an announcement for all present from the host of the conference, the Holy Mirishial Empire. The other day, the Gra Valkas Empire executed a surprise attack on our western islands. But with the help of the Mu Empire, we were able to defeat their fleet. But our fleet suffered significant damage."

"Ooooooh!" said many of the conference participants, followed by the low voices among them.

"As you all know, Gra Valkas declared war on all the countries present at this conference. Shortly after that, their ships left Cartalpas, and after some time, their fleet suddenly attacked our fleet. But now Cartalpas is protected by six cruisers guarding the harbor and two other fleets near Cartalpas. Our fleet that was attacked in the western islands is also still there as backup. So we can currently guarantee the safety of the delegates." The coordinator said.

"What an absurd act! How dare they declare war on all of us? I propose to make an alliance of all the countries present to be able to defeat Gra Valkas." A diplomat said.

"Right, if we don't solve this Gra Valkas problem as soon as possible, how can we prepare for the Revernal Empire?" another diplomat said.

The room became noisy with the voices of the diplomats present supporting the proposal.

"Order...order. Alright, if everyone wants that, we will discuss both matters, the creation of an alliance to deal with Gra Valkas and the preparation for the arrival of the Revernal Empire." The meeting coordinator said.

"Agree." said the diplomat from the Mu Empire, followed by agreement from other diplomats from other countries.

But the diplomats from the Myto Empire only half-heartedly agreed. This was because their arrival here was not to make or start a war.

In the end, a meeting was held to discuss both matters, and in the end, it was agreed to create a World Union to unite the superpowers in facing Gra Valkas and, in the long run, facing the Revernal Empire. The Myto Empire reluctantly joined the World Union.

Ambassador Shiwaf of HME was suddenly pulled by Ambassador Mugei of Mu Empire as they exited the meeting room.

"What's wrong, ambassador?" asked the surprised ambassador, Mugei.

"Can I have a one-on-one talk with Mr. Ambassador?" asked Ambassador Shiwaf.

"Okay, where shall we talk?" asked Ambassador Mugei.

Ambassador Shiwaf invited Ambassador Mugei to enter a waiting room not far from the conference room. There they sat together before Ambassador Shiwaf finally began his conversation.

"I apologize, ambassador. I just got an order from the center to ask for help from Mr. Ambassador." Ambassador Shiwaf began.

"We are happy to try to help HME." Ambassador Mugei said.
