Lana Del Rey | Lust for life
"W-Wait s-stop." I swiftly hopped off the counter scurrying away grabbing the towel off the floor, attempting to wrap it around me as I ran out the room.
I know he will cause me more suffering for running out on him, but I don't have it in me to care. My achievements gone, a innocent women was murdered in front of me because of me, kidnapped to live with him across the world.
Reign didn't chase after me, I didn't know where to go, until I ran into a hard chest knocking me off my balance.
Hands caught me from falling, "s-sorry I-I didn't see you." I whispered not moving my eyes from off the ground.
A manly chuckle spoke, "No need to apologise, Ami." A voice so familiar a strong British accent, I looked up involuntarily creasing my brows. Charlie? The guy from the club.
"I'd," I anxiously started taking a couple steps back, I noticed him checking me out since I'm almost half naked.
"I want to ask you something obvious but it looks like your in a rush to be somewhere. I'll see you around Ami." He smoothly winked at me walking away. I took a needed deep breath in, comprehending what just took place. Is he also a criminal? Does he work for Reign?
I'll be lucky if he doesn't kill him just for looking at me all flirty, but then again I ran out the room in just a towel. My fear aroused like I needed to puke, my panic senses tingled like it's attached to his heinous mind.
I refused to turn around to see him standing there just simply watching me. What did he hear? Even though nothing was really said. Should I run for it? Water clouded my eyes, my pupils blurry but not a single tear fell. I looked right at the stairs adjacent from me leading right to the front door.
"Reign I'm s-sorry." I cried out glancing at him over my shoulder.
"... Nyet you can run my beautiful Ami, I won't stop you, you know that you are my whole world hm?"
... a smirk so sinister crossed his handsome face, "Let that pretty mind of yours run wild, Imagine the things I will do to you if you ever think about leaving me. You belong to a powerful man, I will always find you."
That gut wrenching cry for help was itching at my throat, I finally made my stop at hopelessness. I've spent months trying not to believe it, but it's finally making its debut by settling within me.
However I swallowed my terror, placing my hand on my stomach in thought of protecting my baby.
"Fuck you, you'll never have me." I spat out, mustering up all my disgust for him and I ran. Out the front door, into cold dark air, and only a towel. The guards watching me run but not moving a inch. I was bare foot in the wet grass, running for my life.
