"Kabu- I mean.. Scaramouche. Listen closely.. there's 2 harbinger's after you, and they won't stop looking until they have you. Now listen to me.. they are everywhere, they were in Sumeru today and that's why I didn't want you there because they would've found you.."

"I'm sorry but who's they?"

It's only been one day and.. I'm not really liking it, everywhere I go she's there. I haven't been talking to her as much but she tries to talk to me to which.. I walk away and ignore her. Kazuha seems to not like staying here either, I don't blame him. Here with the person who ruined our lives is pretty brutal. I just wanna leave, but.. I can't because some stupid harbingers are after me and I can't just live a normal life with people I ACTUALLY trust. I'll try to get used to this place, and.. her cooking sucks.

Kazuha's pov:

I was just relaxing in the guest bedroom with Scara by my side, he didn't look like he liked where he was staying now but I can't blame him, I hate it here with all my heart. It brings back some tragic memories I had back then when I encountered the shogun.. Scaramouche got up off the bed and was opening the sliding door.

"What's wrong?"

I asked, a bit of worry in my voice..

"I'm just.. gonna get some air.. that's all."

I felt relieved it wasn't nothing too serious, although he seems to be lying..

"Well- may I come along?"

He hesitated and sighed, nodding his head yes in reply. I smiled and got off the bed, following Scaramouche down the stairs. We eventually made it to the balcony and saw everything.. it was beautiful.

"You know you don't have to stay here.. they are coming after me not you."

I looked at Scaramouche with a frown on my lips, I shook my head no and turned my body to face him.

"I'm not leaving your side, I know you don't like it here and.. I don't either.. but I wanna make sure your safe."

Scaramouche looked at me and stayed quiet for a few seconds before taking two steps towards me and hugging me, I was a bit shocked since he isn't very touchy but I didn't push him away and hugged back, rubbing my hand up and down his back.. Scaramouche looked at me and mumbled an "I love you" and I felt my cheeks glow a tint of red..

"I.. love you too."

I said and hugged Scaramouche tighter.. we stayed like this for a few minutes before going back inside.
