I wake up abruptly due to the loud ringing coming from my phone. I roll over with a groan and grab my phone. It's ten am and the call is a no caller id. I decide to answer anyway.

"Hey Addy! It's Blake." The voice says through the phone.

Blake? How did he get my number?

"Oh hey." I say slowly

"Sorry for calling so early. Your friend Bailey gave me your number after you disappeared last night. I hope you don't mind." Blake exclaims. His voice is deep and full of life it's sexy.

"Oh ha that makes sense I was worried you were a stalker for a second." I say with a giggle in hopes to gain a laugh.

Blake chuckles then continues to talk "I was wondering if you would be interested in going to lunch with me?" He says confidently.

"Um sure why not I just woke up so I'm starving. Give me an hour to get ready then pick me up at my place?" I say with a smile even though I know he can't see me.

"That sounds perfect. See you then beautiful." He says.

We exchange goodbyes then I stand up and head to take a shower.

I finish my shower then do my hair and make up trying to avoid the task of picking something to wear. I would usually ask Bailey for help but I assume she's got company from last night still in her room so I choose to leave her be.

After trying on ten different outfits I settled on the perfect one. A black mini skirt that shows off my legs and a tight black body suit with thin straps. Black platforms and a black bow dangling from my half up half down ponytail. The tattoos that are usually hidden under my clothing are finally out for everyone to see.

I look at the mirror and give myself an approving nod. A knock on the door a few moments later lets me know that Blake has arrived.

"Hello pretty." He says as I open the door.

"Hello Blake." I say with a giggle. "So where are you taking me?"

"A small cafe right out of town." He says quickly grabbing my hand and guiding me towards his car. I quickly close the door and follow.

He walks me to the passenger side of the car and opens the door for me and holds my hand to help me in. I nod to thank him and he kisses my hand in response. Makes my cheeks warm and turn bright red. His bad boy appearance doesn't seem to match his personality that well.

"You're more of a gentleman than I expected." I exclaim as he gets into his seat.

"Oh come on. You haven't been taught not to judge a book by its cover?" Blake chuckles as his hand moves from the wheel and on top of mine.

"I sorry. I guess you just remind me of someone. I didn't expect you to be so sweet considering they usually aren't." I shyly say as I stare down at the floor board. Thinking of last nights events with Bellamy.

"Well hopefully I can take your mind of them." Blake says as he gives my hand a small squeeze.

After that the rest of the car ride is quiet the radio so low you can barely hear it but it adds just enough noise to the moment.  After thirty minutes we finally arrive at the cutest cafe.

It's just a small mom and pops building called The Café. It's white bricks worn down from decades of weathering. The vines growing along the walls look like some kind of art. It's beautiful.

"Wow." I say as he puts the car in park.

"It's beautiful isn't it. I thought you'd like it." He says with a smirk. He hops out of the car and walks around to open my door for me. I take his hand and thank him for helping me out of the car.

It's been a while since I've been on a date so I take some calming breaths on the walk into the cute cafe.

As we enter we are greeted by the kind looking ladies behind the cafe counter. Blake thanks them and leads us to a booth in the corner with a pretty view of the trees and sky from the window.

"So how'd you find this place?" I ask hoping to start some conversation.

"I went for a drive one night and just stumbled upon it my freshman year of college. Now three years later it's my favorite place. I come here a lot to study and just think." Blake says smoothly. His answer somewhat shocking me.

"Oh wow so this place is special to you?" I ask. I expected a much simpler answer. Like maybe he had just looked up great lunch spots.

He chuckles and responds "Yeah I guess you could say so. I enjoy the energy here a lot." His hand reaches over the table and grabs mine. He goes to speak but the waitress beats him.

"Hey guys! Welcome to The Café what can I get started for you?" The quirky waitress asks.

"Ehm yes can I get a cup of coffee black." Blake says with a gentle smile.

The waitress looks towards me and smiles "I'll take the same." I say giving her a smile back. With this she nods in satisfaction and walks away. I take this chance to scan over the menu. I'm starving.

"So tell me something about you Addy." Blake ask causing me to look up from the menu.

I think for a second deciding what I should say.

"Well my name is actually Adaway but I prefer Addy." Simple but effective.

"That's a very pretty name. Suits you well." Blake says smoothly with a smirk.

"I bet you say that to all the girls." I roll my eyes and say with a small giggle.

"Here's your coffee!" The waitress exclaims accidentally interrupting Blake again.

"Y'all ready to order?" She smiles again.

"Can I have the BLT with house fries?" I say quickly.

"I'll do the same." Blake says as he grabs our menus and hands them over to the waitress.

We continue our small talk laughing and smiling for the next few hours.

Blake is sexy, funny, and sweet. He's a dream. Yet no matter what he said or did my mind wondered off to someone else.
