You came home. Walked into tge living room. There you discovered twelve cats, all meowing and lounging around on the furniture and floor. Despite their undeniable cuteness, you were curious to know why on Earth they were there, in your apartment.
Knowing exactly where your boyfriend of seventeen months and two weeks would be hiding, you strode confidently into your bedroom. There he was, lying on the bed, surrounded by even more cats. He was lying on his back, a kitten of pure white stretched out on his stomach.
"Pietro..."
He looked up and grinned. "Yes, love of my life?"
"Why are there about a million cats in our apartment?"
He paused.
