I still long to hold you
With such tender arms
I'll keep you from harm

I met you there
Despite the ongoing warfare
I fell in love with you
Prehaps oneday you'll say, I do?

Prehaps it was your eyes
So free from lies
Prehaps it was your smile
May I just stare for a while?

I saved you in that fight
Wasn't I polite?
I couldn't see you die
I never wanted a last goodbye

I'm so glad we're here
But still, we shed a tear
For those we lost
All at Ultron's cost

I'm sorry I'm dead
Do the words fill you with dread?
I couldn't dodge the fire
My situation was instantly dire

I'm sorry to be gone
But it won't be long
Until you love another
I want you to be happy with eachother.

Shed no tears for me
