You opened your eyes again...

You were still in the dark pit...much to your dismay, but...you felt great!

Despite the pain you groaned before sitting up with a smile...looking at the shattered helm next to you with a sly grin...covering up the distasteful device as if it were waste!

9: what is your status...

You immediately looked up to see 9

You immediately looked up to see 9...

Huh...the woman in that memory...she really did look like nine...

Either way, you did feel a bit confused as to why you could still see her...

Y/N: how are you here?

9: I was not connected to the modified 2nd gen correction device...I am intertwined in with systems...while also maintaining the ability to remain fickle to where I instil myself...now again...status:...

You wanted to sigh out in a bit of dissapointment...but at the same time, you were kinda glad you had someone to speak to...and, hey!...atleast she couldn't zap you anymore...right?

Y/N: well...I don't think I'll be able to move anywhere fast...other than that?...I feel amazing!

You smiled up at her as the result of you new found and broken freedom was still fresh to you...your smile and joy not wavering or fading...Even as the sour pain from the still unclosed drilled holes on your head were stinging hot with pain...but...it didn't really hurt as had as you thought...probably because you were so happy!

9: I see...

You looked to 9, who had...a perplexed expression?- but it was immediately shrugged off as she spoke again

9: I have found a map of these depths...make your way to the way point...

Much like before...a blue marker appeared in your peripheral...but unlike how it was with your helm. There wasn't a small map on the top of your sightline...instead, you could only see the formentioned marker 9 spoke of...the marker itself wasn't that far...but at the same time...

You peered down to look at you right leg. Much like your still open chest...it to was cracked...you hoped that it was just surface damage...damage you still felt as if it was your own skin...but at the same time...

You stood up shakily before putting a bit of weight on both legs...the right leg whined and churned as if it was caked with rust...but it was still functioning.

Y/N: o-ok...on step at a time...

You took one step with your left...putting pressure as the sound of crunched snow filled your ears...

Then your right...as it dragged slightly through the snow before overtaking the last step you had made...you put pressure just as before...only to hear a few creaks and scrapes...
