Alex's POV:

The rest of the night was what I would call terrible for me. All I could do was sit quiet in a corner with all of my friends. Listening to them about how we should go to dinner tomorrow to celebrate my graduation next week. All of them hopeful to cheer me up, when i couldn't help but re-run Christian's comments in my mind.

I put on a pretty face for my mom, and did my rounds to our guests. Including one final one to Miss Richards before Christian came by once more.

I knew he was watching me all night. He had several glasses of wine, which my mom couldn't help but give him more of. He was being overly obvious. His eyes only one me, as he glared at those around me. I knew best to keep my distance before a drunk man walked my way to cause trouble. And it looked as if he wanted to cause some.

Periodically, I would send Luke over to calm his uneasy nerves. When Christian couldn't help but stare even more at me.

I tried to hide and talk to other people, however this man was determined to talk.

At one point in the night I was bouncing from person to person, relying on the women in the neighborhood to catch him on his way to me. The last thing I needed was a fight with this man in front of my parents and his aunts, let alone the entire neighborhood.

When the night finally came to an end, I disappeared into my room. Responding to texts from Luke and the guys. Telling me where we were headed for dinner tomorrow, and how to dress. I knew we had to talk it out. I knew I needed to provide Christian with some clarity, and I knew I would do that tomorrow- not tonight like he wanted.

It was nearly 24hrs since the party yesterday, and all I did was hide in my house. That was until I saw Miss Richards drive away in his g-wagon. Quickly, I finished getting ready for my evening out with the boys. Putting on a red dress, while putting my hair up. I was told to dress nice since we were going to into the city for dinner. Somewhere Josh's parents had a constant reservation at.

I quickly threw on some light makeup, and some high heels my mom bought me for my birthday. When I looked down at my phone, realizing there was enough time to run over and talk to Christian. That way I could calm the both of us down before I left for vacation.

Without  hesitation, I marched down stairs and grabbed my coach purse before leaving my house. Walking with speed as I knocked on Christian's door.

Instantly, it flung open, and a messy haired Christian appeared. He looked around behind me, with worried eyes when I raised up a hand. "I watched her leave." I grounded out.

"She went out to meet a few friends." He said plainly.

"We need to talk." I stated confidently.

Without any words he motioned for me to walk in. My heels clicked across the hardwood floor, when the door behind me shut.

"Listen I don't know what you were on last night, but..." I started, "I want to talk this out, so you don't feel so confused with our situation." I rubbed the side of my temple. Fighting the urge to become overly emotional.

"Alex." His voice remained soft and low, causing my jaw to clench, as I remembered his tone last night. "I thought about this all night, and the truth is..." he walked closer to me, "You're graduating this week, and going to college soon—"

"I thought I told you I was doing online college, and staying here." I grounded out.

"What if I move back into the city?" He asked looking down on me.
