Clashes

Duty hours were nearly over, yet everyone was busy doing their work without saying anything, HM bhi ab thora shant ho gayi thi, she was feeling bad for shouting at KS😬But she had to go for her dinner, so she half heartedly came out of her cabin.
HM(without making eye contact): Pushpa Ji, hum Ghar ke liye nikal rahe hain, aap log bhi ghar chale jaiyega😶😶aur aj Night Duty kiski hai??
CC: Madam Sir humari aur Karishma Maddam ki..
HM: Ji theek hai, KS kaha hain??
PS( a bit hesitantly): Wo..wo maddam sir , subah behas ke baad kahi nikal gayi thi aur abhi Tak thaane wapas nahi aayi hain😬😬

HM looks at them like in a bit shock🤨🤨
HM: SS phone lagaiye KS ko aur puchiye kab Tak aayengi..😐😐
Ss: Wo actually maddam hum logo ne din mei lunch ke time bhi unko phone lagaya tha lekin unka phone lagatar switched off bata raha hai😬😬..

Without even realising a line of tension starts to appear on HM's forehead...
PS:Maddam Sir aap tension mat lijiye, aap Befikar hokar jaiye,Wo jaise hi aayengi hum apko iktalah(inform) kar denge..
HM: Magar Pushpa Ji...
Before HM could complete PS said

PS: Aap tension mat lijiye aap jaiye,apko late ho raha hai, hum samajhte hain, aur Amma hain hum Karishma Ji ki hum jaante hain wo gussa hain magar shant hote hi aa jayengi..
HM nods and passes PS a fake smile and leaves...
Next Day KS a bit late, because of night duty...
Trio: Jai Hind Karishma Maddam
KS: Jai Hind..
PS: Kal aap kaha thi poora din??aur phone kahe nhi lag raha tha apka??
KS(lowering her eyes): Wo, hum Thora kaam se Gaye the, aur humara phone band ho gya tha..
PS: Apko padi bhi hai humari ki nahi?? Kitni chinta ho Rahi thi hume apki😑😑 ye bhi nahi hua ki kahi se inform kar dein poora din gayab thi aap aur Ghar aayi bhi toh subah🥺
KS: Amma aap kahe tension le rahi hain, hum koi bacche thori hain ki kho jayenge😬😬
PS: Maa hain hum apki tension toh hoti hai na🥺🥺apke alawa hai hi kon humara is duniya mei (a tear escaped from PS's eye)
KS quickly Wipes her tear and hugs PS..
KS: Hume maaf kar dijiye kal ke liye Amma Hum bohot sharminda hai😞😞
PS: Koi baat nahi beta, lekin apko " Maddam Sir" se bhi maafi maangni chahiye
KS face quickly becomes Expression less but she nods in "Yes"
KS: Accha Amma ek aur baat, hume zara kaam se bahar jaana hai 1 hafte ke liye..toh hum Ghar nahi aayenge aj aur seedha nikal jayenge😶😶
PS just nods in agreement..

KS moves towards HM's Cabin, knocks on door
HM was thinking about KS only,she was feeling guilty about how she talked to KS and wanted to apologise to KS , her thoughts were broken by KS's knock..

HM(quickly): Aaiye KS, bataiye kya hua..
KS(without Looking at HM and professionally): Ji wo Maddam sir hum apse maafi maangne aaye hain, hume maaf kar dijiye hume kal iss tarah se bartav nahi karna chahiye tha, I am Sorry..
HM: Ji koi baat nahi Karishma Singh, galti sirf apki nahi hai, hume bhi apse iss tarah baat nahi karni chahiye thi," hume maaf kar dijiye please"
KS Just nodded and stood there..

HM: Kuch kehna hai apko KS..
KS: Ji, and forwards a letter to HM..

HM: Ye kya hai KS??
KS: Maddam Ye humara Leave application hai, hume 1 hafte ki leave chahiye..
HM: Magar KS thaane mei already itne saari files padi hai complete karne ke liye aur kal bhi aap poora din nahi thi..
KS(maintaining a professional tone): Maddam sir , wo saari files humne kal raat ko baith ke complete kar di hai bas apke sign karwa ke hum unhe cheete ke haatho HQ bhej denge aur Jo pending case tha wo bhi humne kal din mei nipta Diya tha..toh agar apko sahi Lage toh please humari leave application ko manzoor kar dijiye..
HM: Ji, And signs the leave application and KS leaves the cabin without even looking at HM once...

HM just stood there looking at the retreating figure,she was feeling bad,she wanted to talk to KS and take her out for a coffee date but before she could ask KS forward her The Leave Application, this ignorance from KS was making her Uneasy..she knew that She had a liking towards KS but it was for the first time that she was feeling so restless, she just wanted to talk to KS, she didn't even went for the dinner last night , she was thinking about KS all the time, meanwhile KS was totally ignoring HM like she doesn't even exist, she was talking to all other members normally but maintained a Strict Professional Tone with HM...this ignorance from KS was making HM anxious, she tried to talk to KS multiple times but KS mainly ignored her or escaped the situation by some professional bahane🤭🤭HM was frustrated by now..

Later in evening the duty hours were almost over KS came into HM's cabin to get some files signed
HM: Aaiye KS..aur please kya ap Zara darwaza band kar dengi, hume kuch baat karni hai aapse..
KS Just knew HM wanted to talk about the ignoring part😬😬but she still follows her order..
HM signs all the Files as KS was about to leave, HM gets up from her seat and comes near KS..
HM: Karishma Ji, kya hum aap se puch sakte Hain aap kaha ja rahi hai???
KS(professionally): Maddam Sir wo hum apne kuch personal kaam se ja rahe hain 😐😐
HM: Karishma Abhi hum apse personally baat kar rahe hain toh aap bhi hum se personally baat kar sakti hain
KS( Chuckels): Maddam Sir, hum thaane mei hain abhi, aur humne apko bataya toh Maddam Sir ki hum apne kuch personal kaam se ja rahe hain😐😐

HM: Karishma can You please stop it, I am talking to you not SI KS, please talk to me hum dekh rahe hain aapko subah se aap Hume ignore kar rahi hain😑😑 hum jaante hain ki kal hume aapse iss tareeke se baat nahi karni chahiye thi and I am Genuinely very sorry... Hume maaf kar dijiye please
KS: Ji, Humne aapko maaf kar diya Maddam Sir..ab Hume chalna chahiye Hume late ho raha hai😐😐

KS moves towards Cabins Door to leave

HM had it by now, She pulled KS by her wrist and pinned her against the wall..
KS looked at HM in shock but she was not ready to back down this time..

HM: Bas Bohot ho gaya apki Karishma Singh, apki Problem kya hai...

KS also had it by Now, She flipped HM with force and pinned HM in wall and looked Directly into HM's eyes, she was raging...

KS: Problem, "Aap hain humari problem"...yahi kaha tha na apne kal Maddam Sir..
HM quickly realised her tone and how harsh she was on KS the previous day..

HM(softens down a bit): Ni..Karishma Ji Aisa nahi hai...
She was about to say something but KS cuts her in between
KS(in full anger): Ni Maddam Sir maaf aap kar dijiye hume, hum hi se galti ho gayi..aur ek baar nahi baar baar yahi galti karte hain, lekin iss baar nahi..iss baar hum ye galti dobara nahi dohrayenge, it is better that we maintain a good professional relationship and nothing else...

HM: Lekin Karishma Ji humari baat toh suniye..
KS:Aapne Suni thi?? Jo hum apki baat sune???Nahi...so it is better if both of us just forget about whatever was between us and work on the professional front..
HM: Karishma Aap Hume galat samjh Rahi hain 😬😬 I really like you..humne bas
Before she could complete her sentence
KS: Wahi toh baat hai Maddam Sir, I really love You and you just like me😐😐and I completely respect your decision but I don't wanna be part of this mess again...so it is better we let it be😑

HM tries to retaliate and get out of KS's grip but KS tightens her grip and pushes HM a little more into the Wall.

KS looks directly into HM's eye and says
KS(tightens her grip on HM's hand):Aur haan, ek baat aur Maddam Sir, ye Jo apka gussa aap hum par dikhati hain na har wakt, jaise man aata hai baat karti hain, jaise man aata hai treat karti hain😑😑....(then comes extremely close to HM)aur aaj jo ye apne apna zor hum par dikhane ki koshish ki hai na, ho sake toh inhe thora control kariye...
"Wo kya Hai Na Karishma Singh Ne apna bhaukaal dikhana chorha hai, Bhooli Nahi Hai"
(Agar ye movie hoti toh kya seeti maar dialogue hota ye)

And saying this she leaves HM's hand, takes her steps back and puts her goggles on in full Bhaukaal to hide tears forming in her eyes and comes out of cabin,leaving Haseena with her thoughts and goes straight to gym room takes her rucksack bag and her belongings and leaves thana but not before informing PS..
