It was around midnight when PS called CC but he didn't pick up because he was busy dozing off at his Night Duty...
So PS calls Thana's Landline Number...
CC picks up and says while yawning," Mahila Police Thana Janpad Lucknow, Kahiye Kya Seva Kar Sakte Hain Hum Apki"..
PS: Ama Oo Kamchoro ke Beytaj Badshah, Hum PS bol rahe hain, Karishma se baat karao humari..
CC(still in half sleep): Pushpa Ji aap hain.. Aur Karishma Maddam se hum kaise baat karaye...wo toh Ghar pe hongi na🥱
PS:Ama tum pagla Gaye ho kya Cheete?? Tum sach batao hume, tum hum sabke jaane ke baad Thaane mei baith ke nashe karte ho kya?
CC: Na..nahi Pushpa Ji ka bol rahi hain aap??
PS: Aur kya 😬😬 matlab agar tumhari KM Ghar pe hoti toh hum tumko thaane mei kahe phone karte..kaha hain Karishma unse baat karao humari..
CC(a bit seriously now): Pushpa Ji ka bol rahi hain aap, KM toh kabka ghar ke liye nikal gayi thi..abhi Tak pahunchi nahi??
PS(worriedly): Nahi na Cheete, abhi Tak Ghar nahi aayi hain😲 hume laga thane mei hongi, but waha bhi ni Hain toh kaha gayi😬😬 Upar se unka mobile bhi off aa raha hai...
CC also becomes a bit more worried," Pushpa Ji aap Tension Mat lijiye, thori der aur intezaar kariye, kya pata Karishma Maddam kahi gayi ho..
PS: Hmmm..Aisa ho toh sakta hai, chalo tum bhi tension mat lo, jaisa bhi hota hai hum tumko batate hain...Aur Duty pe soya Kam Karo...
CC: Ji..ji Pushpa Ji.

Times passes by, It was around 2:30 when CC calls PS again and PS picks it in First Ring Only..
CC: Hello...Pushpa Ji.. Karishma Maddam Aa gayi kya???
PS: Nahi na cheete, hum bhi tum hi ko call karne wale the.. Kishu abhi tak Ghar nahi aayi hai aur toh aur uska phone bhi switch off aa raha hai...Hume toh bohot Chinta ho Rahi hai🥺
CC gets worried and says,"Pushpa Ji ab toh hume bhi tension ho raha hai, Hume lagta hai hume Maddam Sir ko call karna chahiye"
PS: Arey nahi Cheete, Maddam Sir ko itni raat ko pareshan mat karo, hume thori der aur intezaar karna chahiye, kya pata aa jaye thori der mei"
CC thinks for a while," Accha theek hai Pushpa Ji, hum thori der aur intezaar karte hain aur tab tak hum apni taraf se Karishma Maddam ko call karne ki koshish karte hain, warna kal subah MS ko bata denge".
PS agrees to CC and hangs up the call

Here moment by moment CC was becoming restless, he was walking here and there due to stress, he goes near Billu Niwas and wakes billu up
CC: Aye Bille, uth na yaar
BC: Aye Nithalle, Tereko koi kaam nahi hai kya, sone de chup chap..
CC( a bit sternly): Bille Uth..
BC(chided): Tch.. tereko ni Sona mereko toh sone de na ...
CC( shouts): Bille Uth na yaar... Dimag kharab kar ke rakha hai..hum ka pagal dikhte hain tumko Jo itni raat ko bewajah uthayenge.. bille uth jaldi Karishma Maddam abhi tak Ghar nahi pahunchi hain..
BC finally wakes up and lets out a sigh and says," Arey Cheete kyu itna tension le raha hai tu?? Wo Karishma Maddam hain, kahi nikal gayi hongi"
CC: Nahi na Billote, hume bohot jor ka tension ho raha hai, Karishma Maddam 8 baje hi thane se nikal gayi thi, abhi subah ke 3 baj gaye Hain, unka phone bhi off aa raha hai...
BC sees CC being way too restless so he finally asks," Tu kya chupa Raha hai Cheete?"
CC looks at BC in shock, Billu continues,"Dekh Cheete abhi bhi time hai, kya hua bata de, tu itna jada tension mei kyu hai"
Hearing these words by BC, CC becomes teary eyed and says," Bille yaar hum ka bataye tumko"

~~~~flashback~~~~
CC and KS were coming back from their field duty when KS saw a car was continuously following them..
KS: Cheete, peeche mat mudna lekin humko lag raha ye peeche ho car hai, humko kaafi der se follow kar rahi hai..

CC looks through a rare mirror and for a short period keeps an eye on the car through a rare view mirror..
CC: Maddam Apka Shaq bilkul theek hai, ye car hume bohot der se follow kar rahi hai😬😬
KS increases the speed of her bike but the car also increases its speed and starts to follow them..
KS: Inki Maiya ki sasu Maiya, kon hai bey ye jo KS ka peecha kar raha..
CC: Maddam ek tho personal level pe request hai, please gadi chalate rahiye, rukiyega nahi, hume nahi pata wo kitne log hain aur Unke paas ka ka hathiyaar hai, islie behtar yahi hoga ki hum jald se jald thane pahunche...
KS: Baat toh tum theek keh rahe ho Cheete..
KS quickly turns around and looks at the car and increase the speed of her bike and the car also slowed down...
KS and CC ko laga ki wo logo uss situation se nikal gaye, lekin thori hi dur pe same gaadi saamne se aayi aur unhe takkar Marne hi wi thi ki KS ne bacha liya aur wo log road side pe gire jiski vajah se dono ko subah chot lagi thi...

BC(shocked): Kya..tu kya keh raha hai Cheete aur toone ye baat MS ko kyu ni batayi??
CC (feeling guilty): Batane wale the billote, magar KM ne hume sakht mana kar diya tha😬😬 aur kaafi time ho gaya Lekin wo abhi tak Ghar ni pahunchi hai, humara Dil ghabra Raha hai....
BC: Tu tension mat le, mai abhi apne chor network ko active karta hu, kuch na kuch information mil jayegi.. aur kuch ni hoga KM ko, Sher hain wo Sher..Aur ho sake toh hume kal ye subah subah MS ko bata dena chahiye..

CC just nods to Billu half heartedly and Billu makes a few calls..

Next morning around 8:30 SS enters thana and looks at CC and BC who were sitting with worrisome face..
SS: Good Morning Billu Ji, Good Morning Cheete, kya hua ??
BC&CC look at each other with a worried look and then at SS and reply in unison,' Good Morning, Santu Ji"..
SS: Kya hua ye subah subah Muh kyu bana rakha hai ap logo ne??
CC looks at BC, who gave him the look of assurance and CC continues to tell SS everything that happened last day and How KS didn't return back home last night...
SS(shocked+worried+ Agitated at CC): Kya...tu pagal hai Cheete, toone itni badi baat hum sab se chupai, tujhe pata bhi hai ye kitna serious cheez hai..
She keeps a palm over her forehead and looks up," Oh God please KM theek ho" she looks at CC ,"Tu Aisa kaise kar sakta hai Cheete...😬😬, tere mei bilkul bhi akal ni hai kya?"
All this while CC was looking down with his head hung low and guilt all over his face and with tears in his eye, SS looks at him and calms herself down
SS: Tch.. tu tension mat le Cheete KM theek hongi aur Pushpa Ji jaanti hain iss baare mei??

PS(enters thana with a worried look): Kis bare mei??
The trio looks at her
PS: Kis baare mein baat ho Rahi Santu, aur Cheete tumhari baat Hui Kishu se??Pata ni kaha chali jaati hai aane do itna kootenge na usko...
SS: Pushpa Ji.. aap baitheye pehle Aram se, hume kuch baat karni hai apse..
PS looks at them and then takes a seat and The Trio tells PS everything and Cheetah was literally Crying like a child...
PS heard everything and unko Aisa laga kisi ne unke pairo ke neeche se zameen khiska di...but looking at CC condition she calms herself down and she goes near CC and cups his face with motherly love and affection and wipes his tears and say," Cheete, aye Cheete, rona band karo aur tum bilkul bhi tension mat lo Karishma theek hogi, arey aise kaise usko kuch ho jayega Head Constable PS ki beti hai wo, aur tumhari koi galti ni hai isme..
CC hugs PS more tightly and starts to cry hysterically...
PS: Arey Cheete, ab rona band karo,aise hi aansu bàhate rahoge toh apni KM ko kaise dhundhoge??Chalo Rona Band Karo...
Hearing these words CC calms down a bit and says," Pushpa Ji, Hume sach mei maf kar dijiye, hume apki pehle hi bata Dena chahiye tha...
PS: Koi baat ni beta, tumhari koi galti ni hai, tum toh bas apne senior ka order follow kar rahe the, aur tum dekhna kuch ni hua hoga unko, unhe bas maza aata hai humko pareshan karne mei, (PS starts to cry) Aane do nalayak ko iss baar bohot maza aata hai unko iss Umar mei apni Amma ko tension Dene mei ..

CC hugs PS and starts to cry again and SS and BC also hugs them crying silently..after some time PS breaks the hug and says ,"Chalo sab rona band karo aur apna muh pocho, kuch ni hua hai tumhari KM ko, hum Amma hain, hum jaante hain unko, aur MS ke aane ka time bhi ho raha hai, jab MS aayengi hum log unko sab bata denge dekhna wo Kishu Ko Zarur dhundh nikalengi".
All Nod and wipe their faces and wait for HM to come..

After a while HM enters Thana
All in Unison: Jai Hind Maddam Sir
HM: Jai Hind.. SS koi update...Aur ye KS ni aayi abhi tak?
All exchange looks with each other
SS(fumbling): Wo...wo MS.. actually...
HM(looks at SS): Kya hua Santu?? Sab theek toh hai na?? Aur 9:30 ho gaya hai KS kaha hain??
SS(still fumbling badly): Wo..wo... MS actually..
HM just looks at SS to complete, SS took a deep breath and blurts out everything in one go, HM stood there totally stunned...she was totally Numb, a feeling of gloominess took over her in seconds, she could feel her heart thumping around her chest and a little tremble in her knees...but she took a hold of her emotions and looks at CC who was looking down with guilt all over his face...
HM: Cheetah Chaturvedi kya SS Jo keh rahi hain wo sach hai??
CC just nods in agreement and HM was about to say something when Billu's cell phone rang and everybody looks at him in hope..
BC answers the call and as he heard the information the just froze on Spot and the only thing that escaped his mouth was,"Kya" and the phone slipped away from his hand and tears started flowing down from his eyes while others were just looking at him....
