Unsettling Feelings

The next day, everyone was present in HM's cabin..
KS was lost in some thought and HM was quick enough to notice it..
HM: KS kya aap bhi wahi soch rahi hain jo hum soch rahe hain??
KS nods in agreement..
PS: Magar aap dono soch kya rahe hain?.?
HM: Kal ke mission ke baare mei??
CC: Magar MS Aisa bhi toh ho sakta hai na ki hume galat information mili ho

HM: Nahi Cheete, agar information galat hoti toh waha itne saare Armed men kya kar rahe the and fir wo Arsalan aur Anubhav Singh ka body double..Ye koi misinformation ka case nahi hai, ye soch samajh ke kiya gaya hai shayad hume distract karne ke liye..

All look at Santu with astonishing eyes and HM gives this idea a brief thought..

They all were busy with their thought when HM received a call from IG so Haseena Quickly picks up the call
HM: Jai Hind Sir..

HM: Sorry Sir wo kal ka mission successful nahi ho paaya...but we will catch Arsalan and Anubhav soon sir, hum par bharosa rakhiye..

Where CC and Rajveer were busy arranging for the necessary equipments and cleaning the rifle before the mission , SS and PS was busy with the Researching the potential areas in which they could find the culprits and KS & BC were busy collecting any information they thought could be important for the mission..
While HM was busy thinking for the plan that was needed to carry out this Shootout...

Everyone was busy with their works when Billu came running to Thana and directly went to HM's cabin..
Everyone joined hum immediately..

BC: MS, mere chor network se khabar nili hai ki Arsalan ne Anubhav ko Lucknow-Unnao ke beech mei ek band sugar mill hai waha rakha hai..aur ye khabar bilkul pakki hai..ye dekhiye waha ki photos..

HM: Sir AS ek IB agent hai and you know he is the best negotiation specialist and agar unki encounter ki news bahar aayegi toh media and upar seniors ka unnecessary pressure hoga and I want your support to handle it, please sir..
IG: Oky Miss Mallik don't worry I'll be meeting you in Lucknow tomorrow morning..
HM: Yes sure sir..Jai Hind
IG: Jai Hind Miss.Mallik and all the best for your mission," Satyamev Jayate"..
HM: Satyamev Jayate sir..
Saying this HM cuts the call and starts to get ready for the mission..

After some time HM comes out totally ready for the mission and sees everyone was already present in the hall..

HM: So Team, all ready ??
All in Unison: Yes MS..
HM: CC aur Rajveer aap logo ne saari rifles check kar li??
CC& RJ: Yes MS
HM: Aur Santosh aapne saare walkie talkie and other necessities??
SS: Yes MS all checked..
HM: Good...Aaj hume har halat mei ye mission complete karna hai, chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye..Aaj ya toh wo hume marenge ya hum unhe..
KS: Aap chinta mat kariye MS aaj wo hume nahi, hum hi unko marenge...kyuki humare hote hue hum kisi ko kuch bhi nahi hone denge aur ye wada hai KS ka aur ye toh poora seher jaanta hai KS apne wada ka kitta pakki hai..
HM takes a brief look at KS's face and a little smile appears over her face and she nods at KS while unknowingly her(HM's) own eyes start to well up a bit and an unsettling feeling takes over her mind..
HM: Ye hume kya ho raha hai, hume subah se itna ajeeb kyu lag raha hai, ek ajeeb si ghabrahat ho rahi hai..
Her chain of thoughts were broken by KS's voice..
KS: MS..chaliye sab intezaar kar rahe hain..
Saying this KS starts to move but HM quickly grabs her hands..

A lone tear escaped HM eyes,"Karishma Singh..wada kariye ki aap sahi salamat wapas aayengi"

KS smiles and takes out a handkerchief from her pocket and comes near HM,"May I?"
HM just nods and KS gently wipes her tears and places the handkerchief back in her pocket..
KS without removing her hand from HM's hold and gives her a peaceful smile and HM tightens her grip over KS's hand soaking into the warmth of KS...
KS: Chaliye MS sab wait kar rahe hain..
HM(wipes her continuously flowing tears from her free hand): Nahi, pehle aap wada kijiye ki aap sahi salamat wapas aayengi..
KS gently takes her hand away from HM's grip and looks down at floor and takes a deep sigh,"MS I understand your concern and compassion towards your team, magar humse aisa bhi koi wada mat lijiye Jo shayad hum poora na kar paaye, aap aur hum bohot acche se jaante hain ki ye kisi suicide mission se kam nahi hai toh hume aur apko aisa koi bhi wada karne se refrain karna chahiye jo shayad hum poora na kar paaye and hume lagta hai hume ab bahar chalna chahiye sab humara wait kar rahe hain..."
Saying this KS turns around and starts to move outside without even waiting for HM's reply while wiping her own(KS) trail of tears...
