Chameleon - Shoto ASD fic -

I wake up, climbing out of bed and heading into the bathroom. I begin to put my uniform on, but then remember I'm in isolation.

Dammit. What the hell am I supposed to do now? I throw on some sweats and a jumper, and grab my phone looking through social media. I notice pictures of everyone hanging out together. 

They don't need you. Look how happy they are without you.

I hear a knock at the door, and I open it. Standing there is Midoriya.

'Brought you breakfast!' He says cheerily. 'Thanks' I say as he leaves it on the floor. 

'How you feeling?' How am I feeling? I don't actually know. How would others feel?

'Tired' I say. 'Ah, I'll leave you to rest then!' He says, smiling and leaving. I grab the food, shutting the door behind me.

I cautiously smell it. Okay, seems good to eat. I tentatively try a piece. Yep, all good. I didn't realise how hungry I was until I started eating. Before I know it, I've consumed the entire bowl.

The weird smell is back again. I light some incense, and open the balcony door. I walk outside, investigating. The wind begins tousling my hair. I look down at my arm, and see goosebumps. I must be cold apparently. I make small flames appear from my left side, sitting at the small table.

I stare out over the campus, noticing the trail of my classmates leaving the building heading to class. I can't really hear what they're saying, but just make out the word 'extra' being yelled. Must be Backugo. I chuckle.

'You can laugh?' I snap my head around to the balcony next to me, and notice Kaminari sat there with a coffee.

I widen my eyes. How the hell did I not notice another person? 'Guess so' I say, looking over at him.

Weird. I've never seen him with his hair tied up before. He must've noticed because he asks 'What you staring at bro?' 

'Nothing.' I say and begin heading back inside.

'Wait!' Kaminari says, standing up. 'Wanna join me for a coffee?' I turn around, rolling my eyes. 'Shouldn't you be in class?' Kaminari begins laughing.

'What?' I say. He laughs 'Dude what was that?' I narrow my eyes. 'What do you mean?' Denki copies me rolling my eyes. 'That dude!' I huff 'I was rolling my eyes'. Denki cocks his head at me.

'You know rolling your eyes doesn't actually mean rolling them around in a circle. It just means flicking them up, like this. He flicks his eyes up, then down.

'It's called rolling your eyes though'. Denki chortles. 'Yeah but not literally'. This stumps me. I don't understand.

'Don't worry about it Todoroki. Anyways, coffee?' He gestures to his coffee. 'Class?' I say, gesturing to our classmates that are slowly receeding into the background.

'Not for me today. bad ADHD day' he says smiling. Come to think of it, sometimes he does miss class but everyone just assumes he overslept or something. I just stare at him, confused.

'Ugh' he says. 'Come over for a coffeeeeee'. I tilt my head. 'I'm supposed to be isolating Kaminari'. I head back inside before he can pester me further.

I climb under my weighted blanket, opening my phone.

PING! I open the notification. 

Kaminari: COFFFEEEE!!!!!

I ignore it, putting my phone on silent. But my screen is interrupted again with a hoard of messages.

Kaminari: Coffee
