BACKSTAGE OF THE OPENING night of Shayla's stadium world tour, the atmosphere buzzed with anticipation and nervous energy. Tom, perceptive to Shayla's apprehension, enveloped her in a reassuring embrace.

"You've got this, Shayla. You're born for this stage. Just be yourself, and the crowd will love you," he whispered, his voice a soothing anchor amid the pre-show jitters.

Shayla, adorned in her dazzling stage attire, managed a nervous smile. "I hope so. It's just... it's been a while since I felt this nervous."

With genuine encouragement, Tom responded, "You're not alone. I'm here with you every step of the way. You're amazing, and the world is about to see that."

As Shayla made her way from the intimate sanctuary of her dressing room to the bustling platform under the stage, Tom remained a steadfast presence.

"Deep breaths, love. You're about to light up the entire stadium. They're all here for you," Tom whispered, his voice a calming melody in the midst of the nervous symphony.

The moment finally arrived. The platform descended into a sea of darkness, and the ethereal notes of "Ready For It" filled the air. Shayla rose to the stage, the crowd responding with an eruption of cheers that reverberated through the concrete walls.

She navigated through the initial songs, each note a step towards conquering the nerves that lingered. As she reached the crescendo of "Gorgeous," Shayla turned her attention to the audience.

"I have a special someone in the audience tonight. My muse. Can you guess who it is?" she playfully teased, her eyes lighting up with a mischievous sparkle.

The crowd, caught in the enchantment of the moment, roared in anticipation. Shayla, a playful smile dancing on her lips, mouthed a subtle "Hi, Tom" before launching into the enchanting chords of "Gorgeous."

The connection with the audience was palpable—a shared experience between performer and admirers. Shayla, immersed in the symphony of cheers and singing voices, found herself carried away in the joy of performing.

Later in the set, during a stripped-down acoustic performance, Shayla encouraged the crowd to join her in a sing-along.

"I want to hear all of your beautiful voices! Sing with me!" she exclaimed.

The stadium transformed into a choir of diverse voices, singing the lyrics to one of Shayla's signature ballads. The collective harmony resonated through the venue, creating a magical moment of unity.

Towards the end of the night, Shayla, feeling the energy of the crowd, took a moment to express her gratitude.

"I have to say, you all make this worth every nerve, every late-night rehearsal, every moment away from home. Thank you for being here. I love you all!" she shared with heartfelt sincerity.

The crowd responded with thunderous applause and cheers, their appreciation echoing in the vast space. In that moment, the stadium felt like an intimate gathering of friends, connected by a shared love for music and the genuine connection Shayla fostered.

As the night unfolded, with the crowd singing along to every word, Shayla felt a surge of energy and love. The stage, a realm she hadn't visited in a while, became a familiar friend once more.

Towards the grand finale, as she belted out the final notes, Tom, standing at the side of the stage, couldn't help but be captivated by the brilliance before him.

"I'm gonna marry her," he whispered to Rachel, a quiet proclamation that blended with the closing chords of the performance.

Rachel, swept up in the magic of the moment, grinned and nodded in agreement as they both continued to watch Shayla. The opening night not only marked a triumphant start to her world tour but also served as a poignant reminder of the profound connection she had with her audience and the person who supported her unconditionally.

AS THE ECHOS OF Shayla's final notes lingered in the air, Rachel caught up with Tom backstage, a curious expression on her face.

"Thomas Kier Blyth what did you mean? . 'I'm gonna marry her?" Rachel inquired, her eyes sparkling with intrigue.

Tom, a bashful grin on his face, glanced around before responding.

"Well, you know, it's just... she's incredible. Tonight was magical, and I can't imagine my life without her. I guess I just couldn't help but think about our future together," he admitted, his voice filled with genuine warmth.

Rachel, a knowing smile spreading across her face, teased, "So, you're planning on putting a ring on it?"

Tom chuckled nervously. "I mean, maybe? It just feels right, you know? Like, why wait when you've found the one?"

Understanding the sentiment, Rachel nodded. "I get it. Shayla's amazing, and it's clear you two have something special. Just make sure she's on the same page, okay?"

"Absolutely. I wouldn't want to rush anything. But, yeah, I can't help but see a future with her," Tom confessed, his eyes reflecting the sincerity of his feelings.

"Well, I hope it all works out for you two. She deserves all the happiness in the world," Rachel offered a supportive wish.

Tom nodded appreciatively, his mind filled with thoughts of the incredible night and the possibility of a future where Shayla played an even more significant role.
