"c'mon y/nnnn...it'll be funnn~~~!!" john coo's on the other side of the phone.
"nuh-uh 🤨☝️," i replied, he could probably see my eye roll from the other side of the dial.

"but! but! but! but! but!-" he kept repeating.
"no, 😠😤" i spoke sternly.

i sigh heavily.
"okay fine," i mumbled.

"YEA-HA!-" and then he hung up.

i lightly laughed to myself as i sat back down on my couch- RING!
the phone rung again.
i glared over, having to get up once again, i picked up my phone.

"on my way to pick you up! see you soooon~~" he chuckled, his voice speaking smugly.
"yeah i know, you didn't need to call me. you made me get up! 😡" i scowled.
"ha..i know," he hung up again.
AGH 🤬.

basically what's happening is john's been begging me to go on this stupid road trip with him. he wants to see this waterfall he's obsessed with seeing but it takes a hiking trail to get there.
he said he doesn't wanna go alone, that he wants to go with me.
he's been asking for months now 😒.
i don't know what changed my mind, honestly i just want him to stop bothering me about it.
i'm not really one to enjoy a hike though, i'd rather watch a movie for a date.

so maybe i should do something for him once in a while. -i mean, i DO do things for him, just not things that take me work like this. (but u know what i mean 😭)

after a little while of watching some tv and waiting, i heard a knock on the door.

i got up with a groan, getting up to open it.

"hey y/n- ready?" he beamed, he didn't even let me open the door all the way.
"..wait..where's your stuff? 🤨" he raises an eyebrow.
"stuff?" i question.
"ohh my god y/n. 😾" he grumbles.

after he dragged me around my house to get things like a back pack, extra clothes, some snacks, and some water, he then pulled me out to his car.
"you're gonna love this!" he laughs as he opens the door to his living vehicle. (the armadillo thing??? 😭 idk what it is)
"am i?" i scoffed.
"trust me," he smirked, with his classic and lovable   :]   face.
i shook my head with a stupid grin, setting my stuff in the back, as i sat on the couch of the open van area.
