Days went by since the incident in the mines many things have happened.
The first is that Naofumi has unlocked a bunch of shields such as a two-headed dog shield after feeding his shield parts of the orthus.
And the second our progress with leveling up increased especially since we've been sparing with each other to gain combat experience.
And lastly, Raphtalia suddenly grew taller which I guessed that demi-humans grow up much faster than humans.

We began making our way to the capital city since the next wave was coming soon.
As we left Lute village we were being attacked by a horde of monsters which surrounded us.
it took a while but we were able to thin the numbers but are getting exhausted in the process.
Naofumi: damn it! we can't take these many monsters by ourselves
suddenly a porcupine monster lunged at Naofumi from behind.
Raphtalia: Master Naofumi, watch out!
Naofumi: crap!
I quickly aimed my weapon at the porcupine.
Ryuji: "Summon" Bulldrome!
Light shot out of my weapon and became a Bulldrome that I named Inosuke.

Inosuke impaled the porcupine with his tusks and then flung it to the ground.
Raphtalia: where did that monster come from!?
Naofumi: a Bulldrome!?
Raphtalia pointed her sword at it and I quickly stepped in.
Ryuji: Wait! Wait! Wait! This guy is a friend!
Naofumi: I'll ask about that later. let's deal with these guys first
