NAOFUMI POV
After I got into a fight with Motoyasu, the people around us started fighting when suddenly fire started raining from the sky.
Naofumi: what the!?
Motoyasu: What's going on!?
When both the fire died down and the people stopped fighting, a Yian Kut-Ku and Ryuji landed between me and Motoyasu.
Ryuji: what the heck is everyone doing!!?
Motoyasu/Naofumi: Ryuji!?
Ryuji: Motoyasu, Naofumi, why are you two fighting?
Motoyasu: Naofumi has taken an angel as a slave, and I'm gonna free her from his grasp!
Ryuji looked at me with confusion.
Ryuji: Angel?
Naofumi: he's talking about Filo
Ryuji: so Motoyasu is a lolicon?
Naofumi: pretty much
Motoyasu: h-hey don't call me that! Besides, it's my job as a hero to save an angel
Ryuji: then why do you have to fight in a public place? You could've killed someone
Myne: surround them!
Suddenly that bitch ordered some knights to surround me and Ryuji then pointed their swords at us.
She then brought out a scroll with some kind of decree on it.
Myne: ladies and gentlemen, I declare this an official duel between the spear hero and the shield hero, all thanks to the royal crown which was vested to me the authority to do so! *grin* So sir Ryuji, if you and your monster would kindly stop interfering I won't have the knights arrest you
Akashiro: *growl*
Ryuji: if you want these two to have a duel, then why does it have to be in the middle of town?! People could get hurt!
Myne: *smirk* that's not my problem
Naofumi: *angry* (just how rotten can this woman get?!)
Before things could escalate further, a voice called out to the guards from behind me.
???: put your weapons away!
The knights quickly knelt down.
I turned around and saw Melty accompanied by some knights and Filo.
Melty: I absolutely forbid the heroes to fight amongst themselves.
I got very confused about why the knights kneel and why the bitch flinched.
Myne: w-what are you doing back here!?
Melty: it has been way too long, dear sister
Naofumi: *shock* (sister!?)
Motoyasu suddenly held Filo's hands.
Motoyasu: Filo... That is what they call you, isn't that right?
Filo: *nod* mm-hmm
Motoyasu: oh, you poor thing. I bet that Naofumi is working you like some sort of beats of burden?
Filo: but I like pulling the carriage a lot
Ryuji chuckled at how Filo's answer made me look like a villain.
Naofumi: *annoyed* you don't have to answer him!
Motoyasu: Naofumi you swine... You make her pull your wagon like that dumb bird!?
