Greetings everyone! Apologies for the delay in providing an update. I have been preoccupied with other narratives, diverting my attention from both book 1 and book 2. However, let us now shift our focus to a more significant topic. I must admit that my motivation for book 1 is waning, but fear not, for I intend to complete one more chapter before concluding it. Rest assured, I will not leave book 2 unfinished. Furthermore, I have some exciting news to share. It is highly likely that I will be able to post more frequently in both books, perhaps even releasing 2-3 chapters per day! Now, without further ado, let us delve into the chapter where Siyni mysteriously disappears (as he secretly surprises the solar system with gifts, but encounters some obstacles along the way). Let us commence!

TW: Topics (disturbing), Siyni's personality, Mentions of the planet Iris (in Gemini Home Entertainment), death mentioning and Venus ACTUALLY worrying?

Siyni POV:

I had a desire to surprise my friends in the solar system, but since humans no longer exist, I had to come up with my own gifts. I managed to sneak out without being noticed, except by Neptune. "He was clearly deviating from his usual orbit," I thought to myself. Slowly, I approached him, only to find him looking uneasy. It was then that I noticed a purplish gash running across his surface. "Neptune, what's wrong?" I asked, feeling confused. I tilted my head to the side. "He's here," he muttered, his voice filled with discomfort. I couldn't comprehend what he meant by 'He's here'. "What do you mean, Neptune? Who is here?" I asked, my tone sharpened with worry. "Iris," he began, causing my eyes to widen. "He has arrived." Neptune's voice cracked slightly.

Since the early 2000s, that name has been widely known. It has been countless years, and now, Iris has returned. It was hard to believe. I felt a sense of worry, especially concerning what that planet would do to my friends. An anxious thought crossed my mind, "Perhaps it's just a blatant falsehood?" I pondered while nervously biting my lip. I needed to swiftly dismiss these concerns and concentrate on acquiring gifts for my friends.

~~with Venus and Mars~~

Third Person POV:

Venus and Mars engaged in their usual card game, with Mars emerging as the victor much to Venus' annoyance. "Oh, for heaven's sake! You always manage to win," Venus muttered, his frustration evident. Mars, on the other hand, chuckled with a sense of pride and confidence. "Well, that's because I've been playing this game ever since I first encountered Earth," he boasted, a wide grin adorning his face. Venus couldn't help but mutter under his breath, "Annoying dry planet." He was irritated by his continuous losses and Mars' claims of experience. Suddenly, Mars pointed out, "By the way, where is Siyni?" Venus also glanced around, a sense of unease creeping over him. Thoughts of Earth's demise and his own mortality plagued his mind. In an attempt to clear his thoughts, Venus let out a sigh and hummed a tune. Mars, taken aback, paused and his eyes widened upon hearing the melody. "You can sing softly?" he exclaimed in a loud voice. Venus' eyes burned with anger. "My voice isn't soft, you imbecile!" he retorted, rolling his eyes (he certainly has quite the temperament).

After an additional round of card games, Venus and Mars made the decision to embark on a quest to locate Siyni. Eventually, their efforts paid off as they successfully found Siyni, who was unharmed and in good condition. Siyni proceeded to distribute various gifts that he had apparently discovered. However, he hesitated to give a gift to the Sun, knowing that it might result in the Sun burning up, just as it had happened in the past. Consequently, Siyni requested Mercury to deliver the gift to the Sun instead.
