Chapter Four

Jinxx POV
I woke up the next morning to a snoring Jake. He looks so peaceful, I grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge knowing he would wake up with a headache soon. I flipped the tv on and channel surfed until I heard a groan coming from Jake as he got up and grabbed the water bottle. He drank the whole bottle and sighed,
"Why'd you do it Jinxx?" He asked bluntly.
"Do what?" I responded, not knowing what was going on.
"Kiss me.. I know you didn't drink the alchohol. How you snuck the drinks past me without me seeing you, who knows but why?"
"I needed to get someone off my mind" I replied. Lying to his face.
"Who?! Who? Can you tell me who before I actually believe that I'm I-" he cut himself off. I mumbled the name
"CC"
"What? What did you say?"
"CC ITS CC" I yelled getting in his face. He pushed me and took a step to the side. He kept his head low and I lowered my head enough to see pain in his eyes. Why? I couldn't have been this oblivious of Jake having feelings for me? How? How did I not know this. Is this even real? Does he have feelings for me? Or is he hurt because he secretly has feelings for CC and I lied to him. I looked up for a short second to see Jake walking out the door. Where is he going? I let him have his space. I st and waited around 30 minutes before I finally walked out of the room. I ran into CC as he looked me in the eye and smiled. I smiled back out of instinct as he grabbed my hand,
"Jinxx.. I heard what you said to Jake.. I like you too.. Umm.. Will..you..be..m..my..boyfriend?" He asked shakily. I hugged him. 'What am I doing?' I thought to myself as I nodded and he held my hand down the hall to the elevators. As we reached the bottom a lot of "awes" came from the guys, except for Jake who was too busy looking at his phone, when a girl sat next to him. He put his phone away and started having small talk with her.
"CC!" He called and he walked over toward us. He whispered something in his ear and CC nodded.
"That'll work" CC said as he asked if him and Jake could switch rooms. All I did was nod, I couldn't find any words to come out of my mouth. We all stayed in the lobby for around 3 hours until we decided to go to sleep. 'Wow tonight should be interesting' I thought to myself as I had my Hand around CC's waist while we walked toward our room.
