Me:*hears my dad outside yelling* oh god....
Thranduil: where is my daughter dwarf?!
Me:*sighs* I'm right here dad and I'm fine stop being mean to him!
Thranduil:*drops thorin* what are you doing with the enemy?!
Me: the dwarfs are not our enemies! That's all ancient history!

Me: dad get outta there! You'll never find the necklace!
Thorin: she's right Thranduil there's just piles among piles of coins in there nothing else
Thranduil: I'm not listening to you dwarf! *walks in and gets into the gold and searches for the necklace*
Me: I'm getting gandalf we need all hands on deck my dad is acting like mental case
Gandalf:*sees me* what's the matter?
Me: my dad got into Erebor and now he's looking for the stupid necklace and he's changing he's becoming more greedier by the minute
Gandalf: I should have been there to lift that blasted curse
Me: dragon sickness?! So Thorin didn't fall to it but my dad did.
Gandalf: I don't know why Thorin did not fall but I'm glad he didn't. Your father can be saved.
Me: how?!
Gandalf: by you my dear. You're his daughter the one he treasures the most along with your brother.
Me: so me and legolas are just supposed to walk up to him and say "hey dad you're acting like a mental case!"
Gandalf:*groans* not like that
Thorin: that's what I would do
Gandalf: Thorin!
