Magnolia stared at the blank wall in the apartment the portal once was, wondering why Dot didn't follow.

"Magnolia, come we need your help to calm some of the children." her father yelled from down the hall

She took one look over the wall before she turned walking down the long hall toward the open living space, seeing the giant room comfortably filled with warlocks. Several of them smiled as the tiny woman walked past them, she returned the smiles, waving at many, greeting a couple. Magnolia finally reached the other end of the room walking down another hall entering the last room on the far left, inside holding several small warlocks, scared. She walked in, giving a recurring smile to all, gathering in the middle of them.

"Hello, everything is going to be okay." Magnolia replied

The kids circled around her, she placed her hands out, grabbing a couple kids hands. The green wisps emerged from her palms, absorbed through their skin. The kids began to visibly calm, smiles returning to their faces, some even leaving to find their families. After some time, the last kid finally left the room leaving Magnolia sitting on the floor, slightly winded.

"That was really amazing what you did for all of them." her father said leaning against the door frame

She looked up from the floor, exhaling deeply.
"It's the least I can do, stress isn't good for the body." She replied

She slowly rose from the floor, struggling slightly. Magnus hustled to her, helping her up, the two walked arm and arm, making their way to the opposite side of the apartment, back toward their living quarters. They walked by, waving at many, finally reaching the hall hearing voice flow from the crowded living room.

"Are you joining us all for drinks tonight?" Magnus asked

"Not tonight, dad. I'm calling it early, it's been a heavy magic day." She said
"I understand, don't be afraid to call for me." He replied

"Of course." She said kissing his cheek

She walked into her room, closing the door behind her. She walked straight to the bathroom, running herself a bath. The small woman walked out grabbing her book before resting into the tub having a relaxing night. The next morning, Magnolia walked out seeing several families eating the large open concept kitchen, she greeted several walking toward the hot water kettle whistling, pulling it off pouring herself a hot cup of tea, she smiled walking back out trying to find her father amongst the crowd. In the far back corner, Magnus was discussing with several other warlocks on what the plan was for the time being. She took a seat on the arm of the couch sitting there beside her father, the next several hours she listened to the group discuss the future of their kind.

In the deserted church, lies Clary Fairchild, dreaming a dream she couldn't decipher. She was shaken awake by her mundane friend, Simon Lewis. The two discussed some things as Clary brought some things to life.

"Look, start with what we know, okay? We know that dreams are remnants of memories." Simon said

"Right, yeah." Clary said

"You saw your mom in the nightmare, before the guy was reaching into your brain. You saw a woman, an angel you say." Simon said

"Yeah, she called him Magnus. I mean, it's completely random, I never--" Clary said

"Magnus and Nolia Bane?" Simon asked

"Maybe, Nolia sounds very familiar. Why? How do you know those names?" Clary asked

"I heard from the vampire. You know, shocking the hot on, it was...sorry uh, Camille.. She was super pissed at these Banes, more at Magnus when I told her that someone took your memories." Simon said

"Simon! Simon, you're amazing! You've given me my first solid lead." Clary said

She climbed out of her bed, racing out of the room.

"Wait, where are you going?" Simon asked

"I have to find Jace and tell him about Magnus Bane. What would I do without you?" Clary said

He smiled at her, racing out of the room trying to find Jace.

Clary walked into Jace's room, waiting for him to place a shirt. She stared anywhere but him, Jace silently laughing as he placed a shirt on.

"What's up?" Jace asked

"I need you to tell me everything you know about the Banes." Clary said

"The Banes are well respected in the warlock community. Magnus Bane is the High Warlock of Brooklynn and Nolia Bane is his right hand, why?" Jace asked

"Because that vampire, Camille, practically accused him of stealing my memories and I'm seeing her, but I knew her as Lia I guess." Clary said

"What are you talking about and where did you hear that?" Jace asked

"When Simon told Camille someone took my memories back at the Hotel DuMort, she blamed the Banes." Clary said

"Right, and you believe your little mundane friend?" Jace huffed

"I believe Simon, besides I keep having these dreams where these Banes are with my mom and she tells them to protect me plus there is something about Lia, she's familiar." Clary explains

"You mean, like, memory fragments?" Jace asked

"Yeah but they're not making any sense."

The two began to argue about not telling each other things, the two discussed other things after simmering down when Izzy walked into his room.

"Jace I need you. The mundie's are leaving." Izzy said
"Simon? He can't leave." Clary said
"He can and he is. Unless you want to tie him down and restrain him?" Izzy said

Clary raced out after Simon.
