         Magnolia walked out of her room, walking down the hall to several children racing toward her.
"Olia, Olia. Your father is asking for you. We must bring you to him." one of the girls said

The kids grab her hands, pushing and pulling her down the way.

"Kids, I can walk by myself." Magnolia laughs

She is now standing before her father as he finishes up a talk with two families. The kids all giggle nodding their heads at the High Warlock, he nods, dismissing them. The two families rose from their seats leaving the two alone.

"You rang?" Magnolia jokes

"I just received a fire message from a shadow hunter, wanting to meet with me tonight at the Rave." Magnus said

"You meet with a Shadowhunter?" She asked

"Two actually, they have something of mine." He said
"What could they possibly possess that you would want?" She questioned picking her nails

"Camille's necklace." He said staring out the window

She looked up at him, shocked.

"They have the ruby? They found it?" She asked

"I'm meeting them tonight and I would like to not go alone." Magnus said

"A rave? I could go for a rave." She replied

"You? A rave? Who are you and what have you done with my daughter?" He asked

She opened her mouth to reply.

"Don't answer that? We must get ready, we have a rave to go to." Magnus said

The two walked down the hall, a lady handing the two a glass of wine. Magnus gave a boy walking by a high-five as Elias was hot on his tail.

"Magnus, consider the other warlocks--" Elias said

"When did you become so talkative?" Magnus asked

"Magnus, I beg you to reconsider?" Elias pleaded

"Always frowning, Elias. You may be immortal but, mmm... you're not immune to crow's feet." Magnus said

"You can not attend this meeting, no matter what the Shadowhunter is offering. Valentine is getting close. It is far too dangerous for you to leave the lair." Elias said

"I was alive when the Dead Sea was just a lake that was feeling a little poorly. While I value your counsel...so much red brick makes me feel like a caged animal. Besides, my flower said she was willing to come with me tonight." Magnus said

"Is this one necklace really worth the risk?" He asked

"This necklace is. This discussion is over, I will meet with the Wayland boy and the other, oh and go to the spiral Labyrinth and tell Tessa that we need more shields. While we're gone, have every warlock maintain the protective wards. I may be prepared to take on Valentine, but my guests are not. Drink up." Magnus explained before walking off

Magnolia walked off toward her room, feeling her arm being pulled back.

"You are seriously going to let him go?" Elias asked

"I'm going with him and even so, have you ever heard of him fully listening to me. Honestly? Now if you excuse me, I need to get ready. Mama's going to a rave!" Magnolia cheered strutting off into her room.
