The five were walking through the construction tunnels as Camille kept complaining.
"I think I'd have been better off just staying in the coffin." Camille complained
"But you didn't, we got you out." Clary said
"Technically I got you out." Izzy said "I got outvoted." Magnolia mumbled
"Noted." Camille said "Now tell us where the book is." Clary said "Patience, my dear--" Camille said Magnolia had enough, green wisps flew from her hands now holding Camille in the air by her throat.
"Enough!" Magnolia yelled
"Just because we got you out doesn't mean I won't kill you right here." Magnolia said
"Oh like little Clary will let you." Camille huffed
"She's not stopping me." Magnolia growled "And I won't." Clary said crossing her arms over
Magnolia placed her back on the ground not releasing her.
"You've always had a temper. There's still one more thing i require of, um-" Camille said pointing to Simon
Simon looked at her annoyed.
"Simon." he said "A Writ of Transmutation." Camille said "Oh fuck no." Magnolia said "What the hell is that?" Simon asked "A document stating you asked her to turn you into a vampire. She wants to save her own ass." Magnolia said "Signed and sealed in your blood, of course." Camille smiled
"Haven't you had enough of my blood?" Simon asked "Never and I definitely don't want the Clave to falsely accuse me of killing mundanes." Camille said happily
"But you do kill mundanes." Magnolia said
"You want Simon to pardon you? No way. You killed Simon." Clary said Magnolia dropped Camille from her magic as Clary placed the blade against her chest.
"The least we could do is return the favor." Clary said "And yet... the second I go up in smoke, so does any hope of you finding your precious book." Camille spit
"Is it against accords if I kill her?" Magnolia asked Izzy
Her best friend looks at her nodding, as Magnolia scrunches her face, upset with the answer. Clary went to stab Camille in the chest when Simon stopped her.
"It's okay." Simon said Clary turns back to Camille, looking at her in disgust.
"So where do we get this document, huh? I can't imagine you have many friends left." Clary asked
Camille looks over at Magnolia, the two staring at one another, the area growing tense by the second.
"Oh we know someone right here, who can help." Camille said with a smile
