The minute the apartment touches ground, Magnolia rises to her feet walking toward the little things still scattered around.

"Ah, much better." Magnus said

He turned looking at the state of the apartment, as Magnolia picked up some books.

"Ugh, it's inevitable. After each move, I get the itch to redecorate. Normally I love a dirty lair, but this one is just sloppy." He said adjust the table

"Come on, not again. I just got used to the last one." Magnolia said walking to the other bookcase near Alec

He watched her as she walked past him, using her magic to place the books back into their places. He walked over toward Jace, standing beside the two.

"Come on Flower, live a little." He said turning to Izzy

"I believe in payment for services rendered. Thank you for defending the warlocks." Magnus said holding out the necklace toward Izzy

"I couldn't." Izzy said
"Oh, but you could and you should. The Lightwoods have been wearing this for years. Besides, it would probably look silly on your brother." Magnus said

Izzy let out a laugh as Magnus looked over, noticing Alec stare at Magnolia as she looked over the bookcase.

"About Alec, is he more of a flower or cologne man? Asking for my daughter."

Izzy laughs lightly

"Okay so how do we summon the memory demon?" Clary asked

"Are you certain? Summoning such a powerful demon could be lethal."

"I'll do anything to save my mother, where is the demon?" Clary said

"She's got spunk, love that. Okay, pretty boy get your team ready." Magnolia said

"You know what to do." Jace mumbled walking forward as Magnus stopped him.

"Oh she wasn't talking about you." Magnus said

Her eyes shifted to Alec standing beside him.

"I'm talking to you." Magnolia said smiling at him

A smirk crossed Alec's face, as he readjust his bow. Jace looks to Alec, who shakes his head not knowing what the warlocks meant.

"Come with me." Magnus said to Clary

Magnolia waved at the redhead as she followed behind the man, stopping to look back at the ShadowHunters.

"She's got spunk, I'll give her that. Now please relax, it might take awhile." Magnolia said walking off.

The sounds of Clary's screams echoed off the hall walls as Magnolia made her way toward her bedroom to see if anything got damaged in the ambush. She opened the door to find some things had fallen in the transport. She swiftly cleaned up the room before walking back toward the living room to see if she was done. The group walked in seeing the giant colorful gram on the floor. Magnolia's eyes grew with excitement, happily to see someone else as artistic.

"Jocelyn was right, your artistry is uncompared." Magnus said

"I don't know about that." Clary huffed

"Take the compliment." Magnolia sang

"Well the only two other people I've known who can draw as well were my flower and Michelangelo who was excellent in bed I might add." Magnus explained

"Dad, ugh." Magnolia gagged

Izzy laughed as the other looked at one another. Magnolia was standing beside Izzy, waiting for them to begin.
"Okay, We're ready. Everyone take your rightful place on the gram." Magnus said

Jace helps Clary placing her in their spot.

"I wish you all the best, good luck." Magnolia said

She walked up to her father, placing a kiss on his cheek before walking toward the door. She stopped at Clary, grabbing her hand.

"I hope you get what you're looking for." Magnolia said

Clary gave her a smile, squeezing her hand. Magnolia's hand radiated her green wisps, Clary's body relaxing. She released the redhead's hand looking toward Alec before walking out of the room and into the living room flipping to her spot in her book.

"Is he going to be okay?" Clary asked

"I don't know, does he normally just lay like that without moving?" Magnus asked

Magnolia comes running in, a slight concerned look across her face. She looked to the ground seeing the blonde unconscious.

"Oh, who broke the bond?" Magnolia asked

Jace finally came to, he was cracking jokes. Magnolia noticed Alec walking out of the room with Magnus close behind, deciding to follow them.

"There's nothing to be ashamed of, Alec." Magnus said

"I don't know what you're talking about." Alec said
"You will." Magnus said walking out

Magnolia walked up toward him, his eyes still on Jace.

"Do you mind?" She asked her placing her hand out

He kept his eyes on Jace, lifting his hand. She grabbed his, her hand emitting the green energy. His shoulders loosened, he quickly pulled his hand away, swiftly leaving as Izzy came walking toward the pair.

"Is he going to be okay?" Magnolia asked

"Someday." Izzy said "By the way, Red is your color." Magnolia said walking off.

The four had left, leaving the father and daughter alone in their silent apartment. She walked out of her room, walking into the kitchen making herself a cup of tea. She looked out the kitchen window, watching the mundanes walking past the abandoned warehouse.

"Can't sleep?" Her father asked

"Mind is too loud. I'll make this, probably run a bath and read for the rest of the night." Magnolia said

"Or you can tell me what is going on in that mind of yours." Magnus said

"What did he see?" she asked

"What?" He asked

"What did Alec see?" She asked looking at him

Magnus stared at the woman, she held a strong energy to her, harsh energy.
"They had to give the memory of the one they loved the most, Alec's was Jace." Magnus explained

"Okay and?" Magnolia questioned

"He isn't comfortable with that part of himself yet." Magus said

"So he loves a man, there's nothing wrong with that. You fall for the person, not the body." She said

"So wise, yet so young." Magnus said

She sniffled a laugh out, smiling at him.

"I'm over 200 years old, I'm pretty old, dad." she said
"You'll always be my baby." he said

"I love you dad." She whispered

"I love you too, my flower." He whispered

The two stood in the kitchen and talked for hours, switching from tea cups to wine glasses.
