The seven of them walk out of the cramped elevator as Camille walks out first, Magnolia walks out with Izzy and Alec shortly behind her walking into the foyer. The group looked at multiple floor to ceiling bookcases, filled to the brim with books. Magnolia's eyes lighting up at the multitude of books.

"Wow, you got a lot of books." Alec said

"I've got a lot of time on my hands." Camille said
"Welcome home, Madame Belcourt." the man said

"This place creeps me out." Izzy said
"This is my wonderland." Magnolia said

"Yeah." Alec said
"Let's go check the perimeter." Alec said
"Good idea. If I know Camille, she'll have a trick or three up her sleeve." Magnus said
The three walked off as Clary and Simon were checking through the books.

"I don't get it, why do you have this place if you live at the Hotel DuMort?" Clary asked

"The DuMort has too many rules, think of it as Gracie Mansion. It's the official residence but it doesn't mean I have to live there. This place gives me the freedom to indulge in certain proclivities." Camille said

"Meaning you bring people here to murder them, blah, blah, blah." Magnolia said skimming through a book

"You know the mayor has the same problem." Simon said
Camille came over, stabbing Simon in the hand.
"Hey!" Simon said
"What the fuck." Magnolia barked

"Come with me." Camille said
Simon and Camille walked off as Clary and Magnolia kept searching through the books. The two stopped watching over Simon as he signed the paper, Camille smiled at him.
"Thank you." she said, ripping the signed paper away and handing it to the man.

"He did what you asked, now give us the Book of the White." Clary said

"I'd love to...but I can't. I have no idea where it is." Camille said

"Dot gave it to you." Clary said

"I'm sure it's here somewhere but the idea was to hide it telling me it would defeat the purpose. Dot must have put it somewhere when I wasn't looking." Camille explained

Magnolia stared at the elder vampire, her skin getting hot with rage.

"So we have to search the whole apartment?" Clary asked

"See, that's the spirit. Although, I'd start now, I've got four more rooms just like this one." Camille said

"Oh my god, I'm gonna commit homicide." Magnolia said

She leaned over, placing her hands on her knees taking deep breaths, trying to calm herself down. Clary's phone was going off causing her to walk into a different room, as Simon stood near Magnolia.

"Goodbye Simon, It's been a pleasure doing business with you." Camille said
"Wait-" Simon said

"I wish I could have my little caramel, but don't worry. We'll see each other soon." Camille said as he vampire runs

"I hate when she does that." Simon said
"Me too." Magnolia groans

The three began searching through the books.

"I wish my mother left something, some sort of clue." Clary said
"Maybe she did." Magnolia said
"Did she ever say anything about a book?" Simon asked

"I don't think so and if she did, she erased my memory of anything to do with the Shadow World." Clary said
"Come on Clarissa, think." Magnolia said
"Well there's got to be something. Maybe the clue has something to do with color, you know? White is the abstinence of color, so... or is that Black." Simon said
