I wake to the sound of Hermione's alarm going off on the night stand

I toss the blankets off of me , sitting up in the bed looking out of my bedroom picture window

I look over to Hermione begin to stir in her sleep , she runs her hand in front of the alarm clock causing it to silent on off

She looks up to me rubbing the sleep out of her eyes then goes to say good morning with a kiss to my cheek

I'm going to hit the shower we have an important meeting today to make so luckily I set the alarm

Can I join you babe

Hermione we need to be fast so we can make this meeting on time let's not make it a process

Ughh whatever Jax I'll just shower on my own she says walking towards the separate bathroom

I run the tap to the shower letting the water run

I drop my clothes into the hamper feeling the cool breeze on my skin causing goosebumps to rise up on my skin

Once I see steam fill up the bathroom

I head straight towards my shower letting the warm water consume my body relaxing my muscles and my thoughts

30 minutes  (southward Towers) conference room

you all are probably wondering why me and my wife Hermione are making you all gather here for this meeting today

So let me get straight to it

Me and Hermione want to thank you all for your hard work and support so we're going to be rising your payrolls by 50% more than what you're already making .

$22.60 per hour was your old payroll now your new pay salary per hour will be $52.60 which will mean that your salary per year will be 63,122 per year

Everyone give yourselves a hand of applause Hermione says

I hear everyone clapping , drumming rolling against the table

Well Hermione you were right hard work definitely does pay off so what other surprise do you have in store I ask

Well I like to thank you all by hosting a day of appreciation on top of the roof terrace Tomorrow night

Thank you Hermione for that grand gesture now you all are free for the rest of the week enjoy yourselves too a bit of relaxation

Once everyone leaves the conference room Hermione walks on over to me

So you don't think we're doing a tad bit too much ? For appreciation day right?

No Hermione they really all do deserve this award I mean come on if it wasn't for them taking all these extra hours to come here and put in their time and effort as well as busting their asses for us and this business to not only make us happy but as well as the people who come to us then we wouldn't be here today... our whole company is well worth the 2.2 Million net worth that we earned. we deserve this as much as they do with every aspect that we all took if we didn't have them to help us get through with all this we wouldn't even have a business to run.

You're right ... it's just that I don't know sometimes you say I do too much ... you know go a little bit more over the extra mile and dip a little bit into the pot more than I usually should so I wanted to just make sure you were okay... with me going the extra mile this time..
