I woke up with jai fast asleep next to me , I didn't want to wake him so I slowely hot out if bed and slipped on my shoes , I was wearing a jumper and some trakies so I didn't really need to get changed .
I went downstairs and opened the door slowely and walked outside closing it behind me .
I take a slow walk down to the park because I didn't really know where else to go ,because I haven't been here for long really!
I try to take everything off my mind ,I put my ear phones in my ears and turn the music on loud , trying to get the thoughts out if my head .
