Catalina sat next to the window, while Roman sat in the middle, and Peter on the left. Roman and Peter noticed Catalina having a bad dream. Roman shook her awake. Catalina quickly stirred up from her nap.

"You alright", Roman asked.

"Yeah, just a bad dream." Catalina was hesitant to tell more but her dreams were bothering her at this point. She needed to tell someone that she could trust. She needed to tell them. "I've been having nightmares", she finally confessed. The men paid very close attention. "I've been hearing screaming and seeing fire...and this monster. That monster freaks me out. What's worse, I sometimes see the monster's point of view."

"What did she look like", asked Peter.

"How did you know it was feminine?"

"I have a feeling that all of us are having similar nightmares", Peter said.

"You too Roman?"

"Yeah", he mumbled. "Last night, I heard you scream in my dream while the fire was everywhere", he confessed. "I didn't see you just the flames. It was like you were in agony and I couldn't do anything but hear those haunting screams while the fire burned."

"That's freaky as shit", Peter replied.

"Yeah, it is", Catalina agreed feeling spooked. After Roman's confession, everyone was silent and a bit freaked out. They sat there in silence while waiting to arrive in Romania. Each of them had a bad feeling about this but they did not dare to tell each other. For their sake, they kept those feelings to themselves.

"10 minutes before landing", the flight attendant spoke on the microphone.

"Finally", Peter mumbled. He sighed afterward and lifted his head, looking at the no-smoking sign.

"More champagne Mr. Godfrey?"

"Yes. You sure don't want any champagne, Peter? Catalina?"

"No thanks", Catalina responded.

"Fuck it", Peter mumbled. "Sure man."

"Hell yeah. At least someone is joining me. Roman looked at Catalina."

"Shut up Roman", Catalina rolled her eyes and laughed a little. The flight attendant came back with a refilled glass of champagne

"Can you also bring a glass for my friend?"

"Sure thing Mr. Roman", she gave her best professional smile to the rich man. Not long after, the flight attendant gave a glass of champagne to Peter.

"Thank you", he replied to the flight attendant. She slightly bowed her head with a smile and walked away. When the 10 minutes came by the plane landed. Everyone got their luggage and backpacks out of the cubbies. Catalina forgot about her talk with Peter and Roman because of the excitement she felt. She's so close to meeting her aunt, Sylvia.

"How are you feeling Cat?" Roman asked.

"Excited but a little nervous", Catalina answered truthfully.

"I'm happy for you babe." He kissed the top of her head as everyone exited the plane. The airport that the three entered was the closest one to the village. The village was still too far. They had to take a taxi for their long journey ahead. It was a 4-hour drive to the small excluded village.

"Peter, do you know how to speak Romanian", asked Catalina.

"I understand it thanks to my grandfather but I don't know a lot of the words."

"That's good enough we can use Google translate", Roman responded. Catalina's belly growled.

"I'm hungry but not for human food", she mumbled to Roman. "Did you pack our drink?"
