The New Teacher

Chapter 3

Fuck. My cheek hurts. Eren went into the lockers and saw Armin already changing into his gym clothes.

"What did Levi tell you?" Armin asked as he pulled off his shirt.

"He wanted me to tell him what I told you." Eren opened his locker and grabbed his gym shirt.

"Eren, you didnt tell him did you?" Armin pulled his shirt down, fixing his shorts.

Eren took off his pants. "He wanted to know." He threw his pants in the locker and grabbed his shorts. "So I told him."

Armin was in shocked. "Eren! What if he send you to the main office? You cant tell the teacher that."

"He's the teacher and he wanted to know what I said so I said hes a bitch maybe even an asshole." Eren pulled off his shirt and threw at Armin.

"Then what did he say after you told him all that?" he caught Eren's shirt.

"Oh un he," Eren pulled on his shirt. "Slapped me with his paperwork." He said the last part quietly.

"I think he doesnt like you." Armin put the shirt back in his locker.

'But why did I get this wierd feeling when he called my name?' Eren thought to himself. 'Maybe Im sick or something.'

Eren closed his locker and followed Armin to the feild.

"What do you think we'll do today?" Armin asked as he lined up.

"Soccer or maybe basket ball. Ms. Hanji does do those two very often." Eren looked around to see the other students linning up.

"Um Eren," Armin gulped and tugged on his shirt.

"What is it Armin?" Eren turned and saw Levi walking toward them with Hanji. "fuck."

"Do you think they need you in the office?" Armin asked quietly.

"I dont know or maybe Levi wants to talk to me about manners." Eren replied.

"Okay Everyone!!" Hanji blew her whisle. "Listen up! Mr. Ackerman or Levi, call him whatever you want, will be the teacher for this class now."

'Really? First he's my new science teacher and now my fucken gym teacher?' Eren thought. 'He's replacing the best teachers that are actually cool.'

"I will still be the gym teacher but I will teaching another class." Hanji gave Levi a pat on the back. "Good luck." She then walked back into the girls locker room.

Levi looked at all the students in line and spotted Eren. "Jaeger! Seven laps on the track, now!"

'I guess he's still pissed at me for calling him a bitch and an asshole.' Eren got out of the line and ran to the track.

"You better finish before this class ends!" Levi called.

"Whatever." Eren started to the run track.

"Now for the rest of you," Levi pulled up a cart filled with basketballs. "I want you in teams of five and start a game while I go make sure Jaeger does his laps." The students seem a bit confused but they did as they were told.

"That should keep them busy for a while." Levi walked over to the track and waited by the tree, holding his clipboard.

Eren ran the curve of the track. "Man, today just isnt my day." He ran straight and saw Levi waiting by the tree. "Isnt he suppose to be teaching the class?" Eren run up to him.

"I said you have to do seven laps." Levi marked down his first lap. "Finish the last six."

Eren turned away and continued to run the track, keeping his breath steady. 'Yup, hes still pissed.'

~23 minutes later~

Eren arrived back to the tree huffing and puffing. "Happy now." He sat under the tree, letting the leaves over him.

"You did good." Levi marked the final lap. "But I know you can do better." He chucked.

"Ha, very funny Levi." Eren took deep breathes, feeling his face beating red. "Why the hell did you make me run?"

"Because," Levi sat next to him and slapped Eren with his clipboard. "You called me an asshole."

Eren didnt feel the pain since he was tired. "You said you wanted to know what I told Armin, so I told you."

Levi smiled to himself. "You really are a brat." He put his clipboard down. "Maybe even a stupid ass."

Eren laughed. "Your the first teacher that actually tells me that to my face."

"Well I am 20, the only young teacher in this entire school. I understand all my students and treat them like crap so they feel about themselves." Levi saw a few leaves fall.

Eren relaxed a bit. "You really might be the only teacher that understands all of us huh?" More leaves fell from the tree, letting the breeze take them away.

"Maybe, not really sure." Levi looked up at the clear blue sky.

Eren looked at Levi staring at the sky and he got this weird feeling in his chest. 'Just being this close to him, makes my heart beat. Why am I getting this?'
