Sebastian's POV

Anne and Ominis continued to practice their spellcasting while Sebastian immersed himself in his book. It was nearly 11:00 PM and he could feel his eyes grow heavier with each tick of the clock.

Feeling sleep start to overtake him, he closes his book and shoves it in his bag. He looks up at Ominis and Anne and could tell they were nowhere near tired as he was. They were in their own little world. He grins as he watches Ominis Accio Anne right into his arms, collapsing onto each other and falling to the ground with a light thud. They both started giggling with blushed faces which made Sebastian grin even more.

"Are you two lovebirds done?" He asks with a smug look.

Anne and Ominis both turn to him then, their faces brighter than a tomato. Ominis still had his arms tightly around Anne's waist while Anne laid on top of him before she was quickly scrambling off of him to stand, Ominis following shortly after.

They forgot he was even there. Interesting.

"I'll probably keep practicing for a bit longer, you two can head back," Anne says.

"I don't have classes until tomorrow, I can stay back with you," Ominis smiles.

Are these two secretly snogging or something?

Sebastian stands from his spot and throws his bag over his shoulder, "Well unfortunately for me, I have Herbology in the morning. Play nice, you two."

They both turned beet red again.

Oh, there's definitely something going on.

They say their goodbyes and as soon as he opens the clock door out into the Defense Against the Dark Arts Tower, he pulls out his wand to prepare to cast his Disillusionment Charm.

But before he could even do that, something catches his eye.

A wolf.

But it wasn't a real wolf, it was a wolf in corporeal form.

A Patronus.

And it looked lost. Stressed.

He slowly approaches the animal with a curious eyebrow raise.

"You lost, little guy?" He whispers.

The wolf points it's head towards the stairs and Sebastian turns his head around in the same direction.

Valencia was sprinting down the stairs with red eyes and shaky breaths towards the animal, but as soon as she spotted Sebastian, she stopped in front of him and the wolf.

"Val?" Sebastian asked worriedly, "What's going on?"

She ignores him and speaks directly to the wolf, her words filled with anxiety and fear, "Where's Amelia?"

"Amelia?" Sebastian asked, "Val, what the fuck is going on?"

She looks up at him then, "Sebastian, that's her Patronus. She wouldn't use it unless something happened to her."

His blood runs cold at the realization.

She never even came down to the Undercroft tonight.

Fuck.

He turned back towards the animal, his voice frantic, "Take us to her. Do you know where she is?"

The wolf lets out a howl and immediately takes off running, he and Valencia following it closely behind in a sprint around the castle.

His anxiety was threatening to spill over at the mere thought of where the fuck Amelia could possibly be at this hour. His anxiety grew even worse when the wolf was leading them out the front doors of Hogwarts, forcing himself to swallow the bile that threatened to escape him.
