As Ibrahim tenderly brushed his lips along Mehak's neck, tracing delicate paths of affection, Mehak's breath hitched in response. The soft warmth of his kisses sent shivers down her spine, eliciting a gentle sigh of contentment.

Lost in the moment, she savored the intimacy they shared, the world around them fading into insignificance. But then, amidst the blissful haze, a sudden pang of discomfort jolted Mehak's senses.

A sharp pain pierced through her stomach, causing her to wince involuntarily. Ibrahim, sensing her distress, immediately withdrew, concern etching lines of worry on his brow."Mehak, what's wrong?" he asked, his voice laced with apprehension as he searched her eyes for answers.Feeling the ache intensify, Mehak swallowed hard, struggling to compose herself. "Ibrahim, please stop," she managed to utter, her voice trembling with discomfort.

"I'm having pain in my stomach."Ibrahim's expression shifted from desire to alarm in an instant. Panic flickered in his eyes as he reached out to gently cradle Mehak's face in his hands, his touch a reassuring anchor amidst the storm of pain."What happened?" he questioned, his voice tinged with worry as he brushed a strand of hair away from Mehak's flushed cheeks.

"It's just... just a little bit of pain," Mehak replied, her words strained as she attempted to downplay the severity of her discomfort. Yet, even as she spoke, the ache in her abdomen continued to gnaw at her, refusing to be ignored.Ibrahim's concern deepened as he watched Mehak's distress, his heart aching with the need to ease her suffering. Tenderly, he gathered her into his arms, holding her close as though to shield her from the pain that threatened to engulf her."I'll take care of you, Mehak," he whispered softly, his voice a soothing balm against the turmoil raging within her.

"Just tell me what you need."Mehak leaned into Ibrahim's embrace, drawing strength from his presence even as the pain persisted. In his arms, she found solace amidst the chaos, her fears momentarily quelled by the warmth of his love.Together, they remained locked in an intimate embrace, their hearts beating in sync as they weathered the storm together. And though the pain lingered, overshadowing their moment of passion, their bond only grew stronger in the face of adversity.

For in each other's arms, they found comfort, resilience, and the unwavering promise of a love that would endure even the darkest of nights. And as the world outside faded into oblivion, they knew that together, they could conquer anything that life dared to throw their way.

On the other side The dining table was adorned with delicacies, the aroma of freshly cooked meals wafting through the air, enticing Sameera, Adeel, Ira, Farha, and Alim as they gathered around, eager to indulge in the feast before them. Laughter and chatter filled the room, the warmth of familial bonds weaving a tapestry of love and camaraderie.

As they settled into their seats, Sameera, the matriarch of the family, glanced around the table, a smile gracing her lips as she took in the sight of her loved ones gathered together. Yet, her gaze lingered on the empty seats reserved for Ibrahim and Mehak, sameera told the maid to go into Ibrahim’s room and tell them dinner was ready.

Maid nobbled her head and went out from there. Meanwhile, upstairs in their room, Ibrahim gently cradled Mehak in his arms, concern etched in the lines of his brow as he watched her pale face contort with pain. His heart ached at the sight of her suffering, a deep-seated fear gnawing at his insides as he struggled to find a way to ease her discomfort.

Suddenly someone knocks on the door and Ibrahim asked “who’s that”? Sir it's me your maid “sameera mam is calling you and mehak mam for dinner”

Hearing this Ibrahim said “you go downstairs we will do our dinner in our room only” hearing this maid said ok and went out from there.

After maid went out from there mehak said “why we will do our dinner here”? You go downstairs and eat the dinner with family but Ibrahim said “No I will not go”

Mehak shook her head, a stubborn determination gleaming in her eyes as she met Ibrahim's gaze. "No, Ibrahim. You go and eat with the family. I'll be fine here," she insisted, her voice tinged with pain as she attempted to downplay the severity of her condition.

But Ibrahim's resolve was unwavering, his love for Mehak outweighing any concerns for his own well-being. "I can't leave you like this," he protested, his voice firm as he pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead. "We'll eat together here."

True to his word, Ibrahim instructed the maid on call to bring dinner to their room, ensuring that Mehak was comfortable before settling down beside her. And as they shared their meal in the quiet intimacy of their sanctuary, Mehak couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the depth of Ibrahim's affection.

"Why didn't you go downstairs?" she asked, her voice soft with curiosity as she met Ibrahim's gaze, her heart swelling with gratitude for his unwavering devotion.

Ibrahim's eyes softened as he reached out to caress Mehak's cheek, his touch a gentle reassurance amidst the storm of pain. "How could I go downstairs when my Mehak is not well?" he replied, his voice a tender whisper against the backdrop of their shared solitude.

Ibrahim couldn't help but be captivated by the musical sound of her laughter, the sheer exuberance of it igniting a spark of joy within his own heart.

"You're the most beautiful girl I have ever seen," he murmured, his voice filled with awe as he gazed into Mehak's eyes, his heart overflowing with love.Mehak's laughter subsided at his words, replaced by a playful smirk as she teasingly retorted, "But I have seen better men than you."
