chapter 21 - forget the past

My eyes shuttered awake.

Where am I?

My eyes darted around the walls of the room I was in, looking around and identifying it to be the bathroom of my home.

Oh.

I forgot.

Last night.

Feeling a bit of pain from my own ass that sat on the cold, hard floor of where I was.

I guided my eyes around the floor, seeing what I had caused last night.

Everywhere was a mess.

Why did this have to happen?

I never wanted this to happen at all.

I thought I was strong,

Able enough to let it be shown that I could've got past it.

But I'm wrong,

I'm weak.

Vile.

A certain sound tickles the insides of my ears, hearing the sounds of wood knocking.

Looking towards the bathroom door,

I remembered that I had locked it last night.

I think it's morning, but I'm not too sure on what time or day it is at all anymore.

Unaware of who, where, or what I am,

As of right now.

I can recognise that sound, it tickles my ears more and more, differentiating who or what it could be

Suzy - Y/N! Y/N! BABY! PLEASE LET ME IN!

Suze.

Oh my darling,

I'm so sorry.

Back to my pitiful state as I stared into the abyss into my own thoughts, I contemplated on last night and it's events

*flashback*

There we were.

Right outside of the parking lot of where the valet had parked the car, and right beside it.

Was hers.

Only hers.

Remaining quiet, my thoughts going left and right of what had transpired only minutes ago.

I felt her touch, her hand on my shoulder as my head looked upon her concerning gaze.

Suzy - babe? Are you okay?

Y/N - y- yeah. I am,

Her voice catches the attention of Suze's, her focus back on her as her hand laid still on my shoulder.

Hearing them overlap,

I could make out what they were saying.

Suzy - thank you for inviting us out tonight, it was really nice of you So-hee-ah

So-hee - no problem Suji-ah, anything for my oldest friend.

But, I had forgotten what they had said afterwards. My attention went further into the earth.

Hearing the snap of a finger, I looked up once more, where So-hee waves at me with her, meticulous, conthriving smile of hers

So-hee - you don't mind right? Y/N?

Looking at the both of them, confused, unaware of what their conversation had become.

I just accepted whatever she wanted.
