Chapter 47

I hear a groaning sound and the shifting of blankets falling to the floor as I let out a yawn and open one eye to look around. Once I see Chishiya trying to sit up in bed one hand on his head I get up quickly and move over to his side. "Morning idiot" I say hand now on his back and rubbing up and down trying to soothe his hangover. "Take these" I say and pick up the water and pills with my other hand and hold them out in front of him waiting for him to take them.

"What happened" he practically hisses out as he squints his eyes obviously in pain from a hangover headache. I don't answer him instead I just focus on making sure he takes the medicine to ease the pain. "I feel horrible" he says quietly after swallowing the pills and drinking a ton of water. "No shit Sherlock" I say and scoff while heading over to the wardrobe to find something to cover him up so he wouldn't get cold. "Catch" I say and throw over a thin shirt since there wasn't much choice for tops.

The top lands next to Chishiya on the bed as he just looks over one eye still half shut. "Are you going to fill me in then" he asks groggily as I just shake my head knowing I'll just get annoyed if I start talking about it. "You need a shower by the way" I say and go to grab his blanket which he clings onto while sending me a half asleep glare. "Don't be childish Chishiya you've already pissed me off enough" I say seriously to which he goes into thought probably trying to recall the night before and if he did anything stupid. Which he did.

"Shower now I'm not going to stay and nag you" I say as he gives up trying and moves out of the bed. "Fill me in on what happened last night then" he says while pulling on the loose shirt after shivering slightly. "Change out of those shorts they stink of alcohol"I say still ignore his questions as I walk towards the door. I walk out of his room ignoring his questions as I lean against the wall outside waiting for him to change. While waiting outside I spot a slightly familiar face looking sheepishly at me from a few doors down.

"Can I help you" I say in a low slightly threatening tone since I didn't have the patience to deal with anything else this morning. "Trying to find room number 56" she says in a cautious voice while glancing up at the door numbers. I shift from the wall to be in front of Chishiya's door since she seemed to be looking for him. "Any reason why" I say and look her up and down. I vaguely recall that she was one of that psychos friends so I tighten my fists in case I needed to force her to leave.

"Just wanted to check if the person was alright" she says vaguely while looking over me probably recognising that I was a militant from the clothes I wore. "I'm afraid he's busy" I say sharply as I watch every one of her steps carefully making sure she doesn't get too close. "Are you y/n" she asks her voice cracking obviously frightened as she takes a step back while looking around anxiously. "Why does that matter" I say as I watch her whole body tense up as if she was backed into a corner.

She didn't seem to have any bad intentions but I couldn't let my guard down to try and make her feel more comfortable since I just couldn't care less about her comfort. I stand prepared to rip her to shreds at any single mistake she makes as I feel my blood boiling and my muscles twitching in preparation. "I'm really sorry about Akane she was way out of line last night" the girl says while bowing her head respectfully as my fist unclenches. "Why did you let her in the first place" I say still annoyed at the girl in front of me.

"She said she was going to speak to Niragi but she didn't come back for a while so we went to find her and couldn't stop her in time when we saw what she was attempting" she says quickly while stumbling over a few words here and there due to her nerves. I let out a sigh as I feel my muscles relaxing a little while recognising that she really wasn't a threat. I walk over to her as she seems to shrink while I approach from the fear. "Just make sure she knows to never go near Chishiya again or I'll make sure she ends up dead in a ditch somewhere but most importantly I'll ensure she ends up forgotten by everyone" I threaten as the girl just nods quickly as I hear Chishiya's door open.
