rewrite of "everything i wanted"
part 1 - it's time to go

the snaps from the same little breaks
in your soul , you know
when it's time to go
part 2 - the great war
always remember
tears on the letters
i vowed not to cry...

IT WOULD ONLY take 13 minutes to get to the warehouse. all of the agents sat in silent shock realizing that their friend was so close to them the whole time. in the first 5 minutes of their commute, jason beat leah up a bit. she had a cut under her eye and blood draining from her lip now, but she was still thankful it only lasted for 5 minutes. then, he left, and hazel walked in.
hazel didn't do anything. he just watched as leah winced in pain. she looked up at him, making eye contact with him through her blurred vision, tears streaming.
"can't you let me go?" leah's voice cracked as she asked quietly. hazel remained silent. "hazel, please, if you let me go, if you don't hurt my friends- it could just be me and you."
hazel's eyes widened with a bit of hope behind them. "really?"
"yes, really! please, just set me free and leave my friends al-"
"no!" hazel shouted, moving swiftly towards her. "they're not your friends. they're obstacles! don't you see that? you don't need them, leah gray, you need me."
"yes, hazel, you're right, just please, don't hurt-"
"no, i should hurt them! they think they could take you from me."
