High school freshman Yūta Togashi was once a "chūnibyō patient" i.e. an overly self-conscious middle schooler. He wants to bury this embarrassing past and begins a new life in high school-unsuccessfully. His classmate Rikka Takanashi, a "current" chūnibyō patient, has found traces of residual symptoms on him and used the fact to force Togashi "making a contract" with her.

I love this anime 'cause it reminds me of my childhood days: full of fantasies and delusions. Everyone can relate themselves on this. I'd like how the story goes, how the characters stay who they really are. It made me think that there's nothing wrong in me having those fantasies and embarassments since it was part of life until now. I thought this one is a typical rom-com show, but it starts to make you feel sad and bring out the dramas in you as story progresses. :)
Good news! It has second season! This is a surefirehit ;) Both seasons have 13 episodes, so enjoy!
