Another part on anger issues! These tips could also help with anger bursts or anger sprung from sadness, frustration or confusion.

- Blow up a balloon. Pop it in whatever way you like. Sharp object, sitting on it, squeezing it, or stepping on it. Do more than one balloon! Another small addition is get a marker and write down what's making you feel negative emotions and then destroy the balloon!

-When I was going through an angry phase before I learned to control my emotions, I went to the dollar store and bought a lot of water balloons. I filled them up and would throw them around my backyard when I was angry. I would sometimes freeze them as well and keep them stored. I would hold them and think about my emotions and focus on the coldness which would also ease my anger. Id throw them where I can, or use ice cubes as a substitute. If you do not have a backyard or front yard to do this you can do this in a bathtub or local park or empty public spaces.

- Rip up a newspapers and or recycled paper. I prefer to do this slowly to release how tense I am but also to distract myself with a job. (Now that you have some torn paper, might as well make some paper mâché...not even kidding! Tons of recipes on google and Pinterest! A great way to distract yourself, create a new hobby or just make some art!)

- I admit when people get angry they can get violent or just tense up with energy and its goof to release it in a positive healthy way. Ways to release it can be punching your pillow or stuffed animals, a punching bag ( a good investment) or anything else soft and safe. If you like certain hobbies like music or dance, use that to express emotions! Write some angry lyrics or use that emotion to put some passion into dance or singing or rapping or playing an instrument.  Paint, draw or just create something out of nothing.
