Hello readers!
Its been a while, i hope everyone is staying safe and clean! Remember, social distancing and mouth coverings lower the chance of sickness by a lot and not only help you but others from getting sick

Anyways, I am just sending out a little note to say I will be going back into the book to do some editing and add ons to the chapters :) So if you get notifications its just me cleaning the book up and making it easier and more cleaner than it was. I will adding and removing tips depending on how i and my readers felt about them.

I also will be adding new chapters that have been requested like:

Gender Dysphoria
Transitioning aid
After a loss of a loved one
Loneliness /Isolation Aid
Memory Issues
Dealing with your Negative Environment
(abusive family, annoying roommates, toxic siblings, frustrating guardians etc)

Let me know if there are any other topics I never covered you would like me to do! Or if you had an issue with anything I ever said, I would love to help, alter, or change anything that either helped a lot or did not at all or just sounded off to any of you!

I am also adding this chapter to remind you all that i am here for anyone who wants extra advice and someone to talk to! I love all of you, and stay lovely!
