Self esteem

I struggle a lot with self esteem, although Im not perfect, here I some ways I found to help me overcome a tough day :)

- Setting daily goals, even if they are small. For example, I will make plans for the day that are achievable and will end up benefitting me. Like cleaning my room, organizing my drawers, planning to practice meditation or meal prepping a food item for future meals!

- Have a to do list. Provides a sense of accomplishment!

- Schedule activities. This gives structure and reasons to get up.

- Focus on good qualities. Write a list of positive things when needed

- Use positive affirmations
(EX: "I am overcoming this" "I am in control)

- Be around people who make you part of this world. They do not have to be close friends or a social activity! You could volunteer, work extra hours at work, start a study group for school, host a hobby meet up (A game, sport, collectors)
